This game is filled with bots/hackers and when you report them nothing happens. It is even extremely obvious that the accounts are fraudulent. I believe the dev WANTS bots and hackers because it robs the coins of those who spend money, causing them to either spend MORE or not play. It is also policy to not refund coins for any reason, even when their INCESSANT ad pop ups cause you to click a match you didnt intend to play. CONSTANT popups to purchase ingame items. this was the best game I used to play in my childhood but now it's a game where all the hackers have made a home for them they mostly come from the countries such as pakistan iraq israel they didn't come in games which have small stake but in games with higher stakes they come and take all the money reporting them is not a good option as game community is not keeping eye on fairplay

I ve been playin 8bpool for 4 yrs Recently from Dec 2022 there has been increase in hackers and aim guide line users through other applications,but while playin aim line is not visible but the ball goes into pocket easily ,it's not fair ,i request that Miniclip should solve this issue as fast as possible, due to those hackers I nearly lost 1 Billion coins, even 700star player couldn't win with these hackers ,so please clear this situation as soon as possible ,or else you could close the app

I genuinely hope this game crashes and burns financially because you've completely ruined what was once a fun experience. The hacker problem is absolutely out of control. What's the point of running a competitive multiplayer game if you can't keep cheaters out? Match after match is filled with obvious hacks while honest players get punished instead. Instead of improving the core gameplay, it feels like the focus is on squeezing money out of players while ignoring the biggest issue.
