Agricola All Creatures...

Good 2 player variant on the classic Agricola by Uwe Rosenberg. CPU Hard level needs improvement though - it's too easy to win every game. The app is similar in design to 'Patchwork'. Play works well. Drag your worker to the action space on the board etc. You can buy the 'More Buildings' expansion in app. Currently £2.49.

Edit: Originally i gave it 1 star because of the terrible tutorial but after reading the rule book and learning how to play the game is actually fun. The only bad part is learning it on your own dont bother with the bad tutorial. luckily the game has an option where it takes you to the rule book pdf and see how the point system works.

This app is a buggy mess, my wife had a floating cow icon in the middle of her screen an entire game, had to restart the game multiple times, tutorial didn't even work correctly. I got it at the $1.50 discount price and it wasn't even worth that.

I can't complete the tutorials because the game won't let me take actions. I try to place a player on a market space but it doesn't work. Instructions in the tutorials are severely lacking and very confusing. It's too bad - I've played the board game for years and had high hopes for this version.

Buggy. I cannot get through the tutorial without strange behavior. Grammar mistakes in instructions. Also tiny font. Hard to read. On to a different game with me.

Currently it's buggy beyond usability. Simply doesn't adhere to my screen size so UI elements are off screen and inaccessible. Will adjust rating after fix.

The game disappears off the top of my screen so you cannot see all animals. I can beat the Hard AI first time without even understanding the game. Can't see developers trying to improve based on other reviews. Will refund this. The physical game is fun though.

I really want to like it, I've tried for years at this point. The game however offers almost zero information on how to ACTUALLY play it properly. I'm not sure if the devs are active any more, but if they are... Dudes.... Fix it already. We paid you money we worked for.

The tutorial is not very good. I thought I understood this game but I get more confused each time I play. Why can't I chose which area to put my animals? And why does it seem sometimes you can't take the actions you selected (I.e. Creating fences from your storage)? Also the layout goes slightly beyond phone screen so that needs to be looked in to as well. Glad I didn't pay full price for this, even 99 cents seems a waste ha

Someone really, really needs to have another go at the AI for this game. It's one of the worst I've seen. When I'm still at the stage of learning a game where I look back at most moves and say "Darn, I should have done X instead", I shouldn't end up beating the hardest AI opponent by 10 points. I'm giving it a 3 because graphically its quite good, and it runs well. If you're playing online, this could be a good choice (I assume online games are functional, but I never really tried it). But for those looking to play against an AI opponent, consider this a 1-star review

Cute and addictive game with farm animals! This is a calm yet tight game with a fun AI. I only play with the 3 AI, from easy to hard and it was fun. I probably played 50 games with th AI before I downloaded the buildings extension. Would love to play the physical board game with a real human at some point.

Did anyone test this with people who don't own the board game? I have many board games on my phone. I understand how to play games. This game makes no sense. The symbology is tiny and unclear. Building placement is a guessing game. Not intuitive at all. My best game was me placing workers in spaces in order from left to right without concern over what the space actually did. Very very frustrating. If this was meant to be an avenue for people to eventually buy the hard copy of the game it fails.

Please remove the clouds that float over the farm. I can't see what is in the farm. The game needs a better tutorial and rulebook. There is a link within the game to a poorly documented wiki which isnt very professional.

Players cannot see or access the top half of the game. It goes off screen. This game strips so much away from Agricola: no cards, no feeding your people. All this game is, essentially, is builing fences and breeding animals. I expected more of the full game it claims its name from. Trying to figure out how to get a refund now.

Great game.. Simpler than agricola but lots of different ways to win. There's a bug with non standard screen dimensions (I'm using s10) where you can't see the top of the screen or the animals that are there and the score for them... 5 stars if this is fixed..!

Glitches like anything on my android device, not connecting to the Internet even when i have good reception . I love that you can play agricola without having to restock the boards, and the graphics and layout are great . Any chance of an even harder AI? Possibly modelled on strategies people use in the game?

Bad tutorial, poor description of the buildings, takes too long to load an online game and the worst thing is the inability to take back an action before finally deciding to submit it. Bad experience for a mediocre game (small replayability with that many different buildings). Not to mention total lack of support by the company.

I am not the first to say it, the AI is way to easy. I didn't even know the point structure well and would make a few silly mistakes during the game and already beating the hardest AI easily. Please work on this and you will get 5 stars.

It is perfect! The only thing that needs a little bit of improvement is the AI. One can become easily a advanced player which needs to be met with a greater challenge as the game vs real players can be slow. Keep up the good work!

Great game. Touch doesn't work properly on Samsung s5. Quite frustrating. Also needs to show points for each individual building somehow rather than having to keep checking or remember (I can't remember what buildings do what just yet). Also players should not be allowed to start an online game and then sit waiting for the other player to surrender to get points. Frustration

You can tell when you get a mobile port of a board game right when you capture all the fun of the original and actually prefer it as you don't have to worry about all the set-up and fiddling around with playing an actual board game. And this is exactly what you have here. A great port of a great game.

Brilliant worker placement game with an interesting scoring structure and multiple paths to victory (and it's gorgeous!). I purchased the buildings expansion and I never play without it, because it makes each game unique. In addition to the app tutorial, I recommend downloading a PDF of the rules as well as a PDF of the scoring structure for the various animals. Understanding the scoring options is crucial to making wise decisions in this game.

I bought this game and the expansion pack to be able play with a friend. This app has some sort of an error and will not connect with my Google play. There is no support option in the game. There is a envelope symbol, as if there was once an opportunity to email for support, though it presently does nothing. Playing against the computer was fun a few times, but even the hard computer does not present a challenge, so it is frustrating to not be able to play against my friend. IMO, if you are going to charge folks for an online game, then you should be willing to support them if that game has issues.

Ran across a local play bug once so far. This is a great adaptation of the board game. It would be nice if you could place your animals in the farm space you want; the game auto selects for you and that has been rough. Great two player local pass and play, but ran into a bug where playing special building open stall on the last turn took the next turn, mine as first player as well, so didn't get to take my first player turn, taking first player is expensive, so you can imagine the frustration with that bug. Only 1 bug found so far though. It would be nice to have the ability to pick your name and Avatar as well. Thanks.

The game play is very limited over time, because you end up choosing from the same small number of options each turn. After 4 or 5 games, there's not much more to try out in terms of strategy, and each game just feels the same as the last. For $5, I expected more replayability. And the expansion costs another $3? Too much for too little. There are better value board game apps out there!
