This new update is horrible. It does not need to be 3D with a Fricking Rat in the middle. This game is supposed to be about understanding the figures of your personal finances with sobriety. This is not a game you want to play for enertainment . The entry interface is overly complicated and cumbersome. I used to love this game. Now I absolutely hate it. I'm being overly generous with one star. 13.04.26. Spare the B.S that the old version isn't possible. Waiting for a refund. Deserves 0 stars.

I sincerely want to appreciate Robert T. Kiyosaki and Torn Screen Entertainment for such a game as this. It is indeed worth my money as it has been an eye-opener. The first two times I played it, I couldn't recover progress, and I got bankrupt, too. Subsequently, it made me determined to leave the rat race, which I eventually did leave, and I love the whole thing about acquiring assets and cutting down on my expenses. Thank you again.

The game is well implemented, and it helped me learn a ton about personal financing. That being said, I couldn't find the button to sell the preferred stocks and mutual funds when those deal cards pop up, while I don't have issues while selling other stocks. please assist me with this.

Easy to play, good looking and almost complete version of Cashflow. Only thing missing is a way to SELL (flip) a Big or Small Deal to another player like the Cashflow board games and RDPD e-games do! --> Ability to sell provides a key element from real life where a person will little capital can flip deals to make money to do bigger ones!

Only down payment is considered in the calculation when talking about real estate investment. The remaining capital which is borrowed also results in cashflow out towards the bank in the form of interest. This is completely skipped resulting in very inaccurate display of a positive cashflow. In most cases, this actually results in a negative cashflow because rent<EMI. Some taxes on capital gains after stock sale would have made it more realistic.
