Game is fine

Only put 5 so ppl can see this

There are way too many adds and I know what the developer is going to say, “if the adds are bothering you purchase the add free thingy” but there are adds and adds that don’t let you see them and just automatically go to google or the App Store. I am sad to say this because this is a very good game, but there is a point to were adds are once every game to once every move you make. If you are thinking about getting this game please read this first.

Ridiculous amount of ads

I would say this is a perfect game as it’s easy for kids yet still fun. But the extensive amount of ADS is ridiculous. And no I will not be buying the gamepass as I do not have money to spend on games. It’s ridiculous and the game would be way more enjoyable if there wasn’t a ad after every round.

absolutely unplayable

this is ridiculous, the number of ads covering the entire interface is nuts, and you cannot click on two things in a row without being redirected to Safari or the App Store or have an ad open up. you have to click away from like five things to go anywhere in the whole game and I didn’t make it past one level before becoming exasperated.

MY FAVORITE GAME EVER

This game has me in such a chokehold, I'm playing it for the third time through now and I need more levels asap! The level of challenge is perfect, not too easy, not too hard. The dishes are so exotic and fun to learn and you get to see the location through the window in the kitchen! I love it so much and I don't even like to cook! Cooking Mama, done better 🙌

Awesome!

I’m really loving the game so far and I feel as if it is very underrated. The art/graphics are beautiful and it’s somewhat like a fun and interactive puzzle in every dish. It’s very fun to play and I love that the game doesn’t pause my music in the background. It’s very relaxing and great to pass some time. I just heavily dislike that there are many invisible redirect ads that make me feel like playing the game is unsafe. The game also has glitches that practically stop the game and don’t let me progress.

Of an issues about the oven

It’s way too hard to click and it’s too glitchy like wherever we click can you just open and when we wherever we can you just close please it’s frustrating me. Won’t work

For some reason when I am boiling the ramen it won’t let me do anything I have asked for help with the game multiple times and watched the ad and it still won’t work. I am honestly resulting in deleting it because that won’t work and it won’t let me. Excel ahead of it but other than that it’s pretty good. I just hope they fix that. Disappointing.. please read

So overall I wanna say game is cute in concept and art. Congrats. but I’ve played a lot of different games and most have found a “balance” between ad and gameplay time. As well as where ads are placed on your screen and when/how they come up. They fill the screen with ads making it simple to misclick and be open to a wave of ads. Most of the real reviews for this game are complaining about ads and developer response is ‘sorry buy the ad blocker’ very dismissive and not worth it. I put an embarrassing amount of my money into games unfortunately but the force and pressure of these ads are obnoxiously aggressive and it’s kinda gross so. I don’t usually leave reviews but I got aggravated by lvl 3 and that’s kinda ridiculous. Also I got stuck on a lvl because there is basically no direction given and when I do go to use an ad to get a hint it opens up an entire other browser to open the ad which is really scammy and weird then didn’t even give me the hint! Like it needs improvement and hopefully it gets it cause I’d love to get back into this new and improved cause I can see me learning to cook and that’s awesome please do better for all the people that see it’s potential.

Fun game, love the various level however there is a glitch on my version. Level 26 the lobster can’t be completed cause the blowtorch doesnt appear when needed to light the coal and wood on fire. If they can fix that bug, would be great.

Facebook? Anyone same problem?

Every time I click continue once I finish cooking a dish. It sends me to a Facebook link. It’s so annoying because I have to keep going out of the game to continue cooking :( I love the game though. The minus one was only because of the glitch.

Secret Ads

I liked this game a lot, the art is pretty, the levels make you think but they’re not super hard, the music is calming. HOWEVER, the amount of secret ads this game has is insufferable. It makes the game impossible to play, I fear I’m gonna get a virus from them forcing you to click random ads CONSTANTLY. If you leave the game for 2 seconds it shows you an ad that if you click either x of two options, they BOTH force you to open the ad in safari. I don’t care that the game has ads, but not letting me x out of them or hiding them from me? Forcing me to click on them, putting me at risk of malware or viruses? Absolute not, I can’t do it anymore, it’s not worth it. Do not download this game. EDIT: I’m FULLY aware that I can pay you what, $10 to remove ads? Which is an insane price as is. As I said, I don’t care if a game has ads in general. The problem is the ads that FORCE you to click on them and pretend like you’re advancing to the next game. It’s predatory and disgusting. You developers should be ashamed.

When I play the level it’s good it’s relaxing and fun, it’s just that when I’m done and click next level it sends me to a website that’s like “you have over 72,000 viruses” which is a scam obviously. First ever review. This game and its ads are on another level, they put the “x” or “close” where it actually clicks on the link every single time. A fact

Hi to all the cooking fans, I just wanted to let everyone know that this is one of the best, basic games I’ve ever played. Not just the asmr and relaxation, but this game really taught an 11 year old/me how to make food. Not only it teaches life lesson but I actually use this to cook. After playing this game I used the same exact technique, ingredients, and how they cook. The only cons is about the adds and about the more levels coming soon, but everything else, PERFECT. I have no idea what to play if this game wasn’t made. I swear don’t be shy. This game is for anyone who loves cooking, relaxing, asmr, and just wants to find something to pass the time. When I tried to go to the next level every time there was a lot of advertising but made me go into my safari app and went to Reddit and other stuff. I didn’t think much of it but when I tried to go back on a different tab on safari and it popped up that I had spent 500 bucks to p-hub with a fake pop up message. Saying my payment was successful. I don’t use Apple Pay so I knew it was fake and obviously that I would never do that. Not worth it

The mechanics are confusing, the timer is unrealistic in harder levels, and you can barely make the food because you’re to busy dragging something around the screen hoping it does something. A few things

The game itself is kind of fun, but the ADs, timer, and the game developers responses are concerning. The ads aren’t too bad, but I get what other people are saying about how they can get bad and how they are sketchy. Some are saying that the ads took them to adult websites even though the app is rated for minors. The game developers response to this was odd. The timer takes away from the relaxing side of the game, especially when the game itself is prone to stopping or having unclear instructions- the timer really ruins the game play. Lastly, saying “buy the no-ads” is the dumbest response to complaints ever, especially if someone is concerned about how literal porn and scams pop up.

Best game I’ve ever played!!!!

This game is awesome! I love how relaxing it is and how cute it is, but there is something that kind of annoys me. I don’t think there should be a timer, it kind of takes away some the relaxation. Loved until……

I loved this games it had fun recipes, not to much annoying adds, and was overall extremely relaxing. Until I reached the level with ramen. I did everything up till I got to the meat cooker and there was no timer which I thought was weird, but it jsut kept cooking and wasted all of the time. And I replayed it multiple times and the same thing keeps happening. And if I stay at the cooker for to long I will get an unbearable add. That will last forever, now I can’t unlock more leaves and it’s severely annoying

I have never seen more ads in a game. Every time you click it’s an ad, until you’re in the actual recipe, which is nice. The graphics are good and the game is very satisfying, you’ll just probably have to pay to play unfortunately. If you’re willing to pay a little bit though, definitely recommend.

tl:dr, the game mechanics are boring and sometimes inconsistent making it frustrating to complete levels when you have no idea how to cook the dish you’re working with, it has a lot of ads, and is stingy with rewards. but the gameplay loop is fun and the graphics are cute. would be nice if their promo art wasn’t ai though, because it makes me question if ai was used for the actual game as well. it’s a fun, mindless game for when you’re bored. it’s not very imaginative, though, because the game is mostly just “click this, drag that”. it feels like they were going for a cooking mama type thing?? but in cooking mama you could actually DO stuff, in tis game everything is just premade assets you, once again, click and drag to piece together. there’s no consistency in the gameplay mechanics which makes it frustrating at times to figure things out. this is a personal gripe, but when i’ve never cooked the dish we are making, i am obviously not going to know the order of the steps. a recipe system would not ruin the game, it would enhance it. also i suspect ai usage in some of the promo art which is irritating and dampers the enjoyment of an otherwise very cute game. it is fun and i like the wide array of food, it just kind of drives me nuts that we; can’t do anything on your own that would impede or improve your score, get a good handle on the games mechanics because they are always subject change, or get a steady flow of coins because the game is stingy and wants you to literally watch ads to receive the rewards for completing a level? it’s frustrating.

But every level has at least one thing that I am left scratching my head over why you did it in that order, and then you forced me to put cheese on a raw hamburger before putting the lid on the pan, and that’s just beyond gonna end up with a cheesy soup mess in the bottom of your pan and a raw burger. Great game, I just hoped it didn’t have a time limit. Isn’t cooking supposed to be peaceful? The time limit rushes me and if I don’t rush, I just run out of time and have to watch an ad to continue. Some steps have no logic either, I keep clicking on everything and dragging things and still it doesn’t work. Please try and fix that too because it would be so helpful if you did, thank you! The Ads

After I finished the first level, I was immediately led to a random website that asked to use my location, along with multiple other ads after I got out of the website. I couldn’t even make it to the second level before I deleted it. Cute game, but definitely not a good first impression.

Many adds

Although the game is very calm aesthetic and beautiful it lacks the game by many adds, and while going to the next level every time it stops you by an add , yet good game i recommend if wanting to learn how to cook or love cooking.

Ad spam!

Played the first level. Everything good. Got my first add after the level as expected. But after that, my God! Everything I pressed on had an ad. Pressed next, ad. Pressed on the knife, ad. Literally anywhere I pressed had an ad. I’m so upset because this looks like such a cute little game. But had to delete :’(

The amount of ads is unreasonable, and the response of “if you’re unhappy with the ads you can purchase-“ is so unprofessional. Some ads opening in your browser is straight up porn, and this game is advertised as 9+. That’s straight up predatory. Please do not support this game by downloading, or purchasing anything. There are plenty of other cooking games out there that will NOT expose your children to sex and nudity, and are more than just ad farms. If your child has this game PLEASE remove it from their device. There is a reason this game only has three stars

Most satisfying game

I love this game so so much! I find it so satisfying and educational the way the game teaches the player how to cook. I would love a mode where players can turn off the timer in the levels and enjoy the satisfying part with just the cooking, it would make the levels more enjoyable

Awful amount of ads

The amount of ads this game has made me uninstall. It’s a great game, but the ads are so much. After you finish a meal, boom, an ad. When you unlock a new recipe, boom, an ad. I won’t be reinstalling which is unfortunate because i love the game. Do better.

Cute game love how its capybara theme but the issue are just the amount of ads!! Every time you pass the levels ads pops up and when trying to exit from the ads it just takes you to another link which is really annoying!!

Ads ads and more ads

I love this game and I love games like this but the amount of ads this game required for you to finish a round is crazy. This game also has nonsensical steps sometimes obviously so that you watch an ad for hints or so that you run out of time. It makes it unenjoyable bc it’s not like a cooking mama game where your time limit is reasonable since you get points, customer satisfaction, etc… it’s literally so that you watch ads

This game is fun i guess but when i started to play, i got like 4 ads before i got to do the next level(which i didnt do because the ads is way too insane) maybe get rid of the ads. I dont understand the purpose for that.

Awesome Game with Some Problems

I really love this game. It’s super realistic, although there are ads between every recipe, and sometimes what you’re supposed to do next is unclear. Overall, despite some complications, I still do think it’s a great game.

After every level, there’s an option to go to the next one before an ad pops up. After I hit next (first time playing) it opened up a 🌽 ad in my safari browser!!

The ADS

The ads were taking over almost my whole screen! One ad is placed to where I can’t press the play button to start a recipe! I used to click on it quick enough to where the ad didn’t pop up yet and start it but now I can’t even do that!! I might have to delete the app because #1 I can’t play it, #2 I need more storage for another app to run.
