I bought the game a dlc on the switch day 1, and was on the fence about buying it again on mobile. 1. Since the DLC was included and the price point is so low, I ended up deciding to get it to support the diversity DQM Brings to the Monster Tamer Genre. 2. There does NOT seem to be a way for me to transfer my switch save data over to mobile, so I'll have to start over... Though, I can save my mobile data to cloud and download it onto another phone if I happen to loose/replace my current phone.

Tis nice. Honestly, it really just needs controller support. Being able to play this on a retroid pocket 5 or Bluetooth a controller to your phone would be pretty amazing. Not surprised its not present though, as none of the mobile dragon quests do. Extremely lame that they lack the support given the games are present on consoles which, surprise, use a controller. Another thing that would be pretty sweet to include, would be the McDonald's promo monsters that are present on console.

If you're a fan of the previous DQ: Monster games, you'll dig this one, too. Great game and the interface is easy. Don't try to download the 3gb patch via mobile data when you're one minute into the game (it's as inconvenient as it sounds). Instead, download on Wi-Fi only.

it's an amazing game. finally a challenging DQM. Unfortunately, the drag and drop to switch party members doesn't work for me for some reason. i have been synthesizing into my team in order to improve, because it is otherwise impossible for me to adjust my party. I can remove partymembers through the menu but I have no way of adding members

need help, I've reach the throne room for the second time where it's frozen up after you met the demon king, and the drakey talks but it just seizes up and I can't progress any in the game, it's just after you fight general chyne, tried to reload it and lost all my progress.

Takes 1gb to download followed by another 3-4gb when you boot the game up. I requested a refund but they rejected it despite the refund being requested within 2 hours of the purchase. I will only remove this review if I can get a refund, as I cannot play this game.

Nice game. A bit hard on my phone but that's not much of a surprise. My only real issue so far is the fact that accessing online content (online shop and treasure trunks) keeps giving me a message about the privacy policy being updated... even though the page it opens tells me the last update to the privacy policy was over a year ago. I can still access the content after looking at the page, but it's getting a bit annoying to have to do it almost every time

ignore the low reviews this is the best port of a game we have gotten on mobile potentially ever all the dlc is included so when you look up guides you'll have the best possible experience you cant 1 v 1 online battle but the multiplayer lets you still battle their team how they set it up its the best mobile experience and anyone talking about controller support can buy it on console this game in no way is enhanced by controller i argue the opposite give it a try if you need hours of fun'

Seriously, what is with Square releasing games on Android with no controller support, especially for games like this one that were released originally on consoles where controller is the only input method? Chrono Trigger, Dragon Quest, Final Fantasy.....great games that would be amazing on the go save for no controller support...Android does support controllers Square, I hope you're aware of that...

I dont know why people rate this very low, the game mechanics are good, the game play are good also and the frame rate is 90 fps running in my phone. The graphics also 10/10 . Some people complaining about this game is either their phone is potato or they dont have a coomon sense to play it. But over all this is the best port of dragon quest ever!!!! Hope to see the dragon quest 10 offline to port in english to dev!! 😊

Amazing game, but the screen freezes all the time. Story is amazing, gameplay is very fun. If it didn't have the frozen screen bug it would easily be the best game available on phone by far

An absolute banger. A good game, a good port. It looks great with 2 minor drawbacks. Full resolution makes my phone very hot and lower resolutions makes the ui blurry. I'd love to see a full mobile port of DQXI so I can buy it a 3rd time 😅
