Dream House Days DX

My only complaint is that there's not enough overviews. There's a popup that tells me who is drastically behind on rent once a game year. It's the only good way to see how much rent is being paid. I then try to look at those apartments and I get interruption after interruption and by the time I'm doing dealing with them, I can't even remember which apartment I wanted to look at. It's driving me insane.

Fun but a bit wonky

You can tell this one was meant to be more "gatcha" because it is VERY hard to build up finances and other resources in the beginning. If you persist, it does get easier eventually though. Still, it is very fun and you can be creative with the apartment layouts and furnishings. I do wish that you could see what each furniture item boosts before researching new ones.

There's a bug where the Pro Golfer tenant is plain-looking and does not have good attributes. Hopefully there will be new updates. One of the best casual games I have played.

Very cute game, can be buggy

I have played this game for a solid week now and finally finished the first chapter. I’m not sure what comes next, but I’m excited to continue playing! There are a few bugs, which aren’t game breaking, but can be annoying. Like when I close and restart the game, I don’t always get tickets even if I have played for a long while. It can run slow and it runs my battery down like crazy, but as I mentioned, I’m kind of addicted to making my pixel families happy at this point and am not willing to stop playing over those aspects.

I've been a fan of Kairosoft for more than 2 years and I have the very first version of this apartment sim. In comparison, nothing changed much aside from the ticket where you can purchase it from the earnings you get while playing and not by actual money. It's still the same fun vibe of watching your people being together, helping them with their careers and life choices. I wished there could've been more challenges and rewards and the tine could be a but slower so tenants could do more.

I've played it for almost a day and this would've been perfect. there are some mechanics that can be annoying as it progresses and doesn't make sense, ea, 1- basic/starter items as it levels up the prices shouldn't level up to and only the stat, this makes it impossible for newer tenants to afford apartments 2-tickets, getting them are poorly implemented. should have had a way where a player can gain some maybe at least every end of season depending on you apartment management stats equates

A sweet apartment management sim! There is a little bit of a learning curve while figuring out how to balance comfort, tenant happiness, and rent, but once you figure it out it is an addictive game. I've played for many hours in the last week :)

favorite kairosoft game

I have tried out a few of this companies games and found the micromanaging and event pop ups to be a little tedious. This one is more of a relaxing and less micromanagey play style. Good to have on my desk at work and let my lil tenants live their lives and occasionally interact with a pop up every now and then.

Always fun to jump into a Kairosoft game. Only reason that it’s not a 5 star is because it seems the game is basically a rerelease not actually new. I’ve noticed a few paid ‘sequels’ that didn’t add much content if any.

Needs more updates and features

I enjoyed the first version of the game and wish they had updated more to this game than just making tickets easier to get. It would have been nice to be able to change spouses’ jobs from homemakers — even in this fantasy game dual incomes are needed! :)

Disappointing

I regret paying for this, don’t make the same mistake I did. I normally buy every Kairosoft game, but this just feels like a money grab- I can’t turn on fast mode until I make an in-game purchase? Are you serious? There’s nothing for me to do while I wait for my tenants to pay rent, genuinely the worst game yet.

I’m so glad I can finally spend in game money for tickets!! I spent so long grinding tickets in the older game, but finally the end is in sight. I can collect them all!
