I like this game a lot so far but my main problem is there is a little bit of lag between the character sprite's movements and when the buttons are tapped in certain areas on mobile. don't know if it's like this on other platforms or not but yeah, it's so much more frustratingly hard to dodge/platform. I'd give 5 stars if this was fixed. also, randomly the pause button won't work and it says UI isn't working. I have to minimize the game and then bring it back in order to pause once every time

decent enough, but has too many issues to waste time on. the buttons are too small - even after resizing - and it often fails to register inputs. I also found some prompts just didn't work, and I was unable to spend upgrade points. shame, as it has potential, it's just far too rough at the moment and much smoother experiences are already available on mobile.

there is a major bug I can't believe has not been addressed yet. you cannot jump, jump, dash in any android platform phone Ive tried to use playing this game and I get stuck every time where it is impossible to progress with out this ability to do so. the place to reach requires jump jump dash to get to it and I know you all know where I mean. fix it dam and I'll changey review..

Amazing app until they updated it and now I can't reinstall it says it won't work on my phone. I have played before and worked like a charm dunno what changed because my phone can handle it without problems.

Elderand is a good metroidvania game, and one of the best ones on Android. The pixel-art graphics look vibrant and beautiful, along with a great soundtrack to elevate the battle sequences. Touch controls however, are not very good, and using a gamepad is a serious requirement in this case. With a length of about 12-13 hours, Elderand offers great exploration, good combat and an overall fun and engaging experience. Definitely recommended if you're a fan of the genre.

Seems like an awesome game...But the dpad/joystick and buttons are just way too small. This is a game breaker for me because I can't really play the game without having to repeatedly try the same action over and over. The graphics and music are great and it appears that there is a solid storyline. But I will have to unfortunately uninstall until there is an option to enlarge the dpad/joystick and other buttons.

This was a hidden gem waiting around the corner it was worth it, bought it last Friday on a whim and it was a good choice, challenging and fun can't this was released 2 years ago, I hope that the devs would continue to support the game, also it would be fun if we could adjust our sensitivity and add a Special attack button on our controls and adjust it according to our preferences cause sometimes the controls are a sometimes a bit unresponsive. overall it was excellent

the game is okay as of October 2025. The combat, dashing and overall gameplay needs polishing in my opinion. It feels too basic for such a wonderful art style.

It's an okay game, could be really good, but the movement is too stiff (you can't walk when you attack) and there's no cloud save. Also, you can resize and edit button placement, but I wish there was an option to just narrow the UI, instead of having to edit every single button individually.

It's a good game, fun. Controller from my switch works pretty well on it. But the graphics are good, music is nice, gameplay is solid. I mean it is what it looks like. I was just expecting a lil better graphics and darker themes.

Seems like a pretty great game, but... The default controller layout sucks! For the love of God, please let us custom map the buttons on our controller. It's a good game but it's poorly optimized, in some areas it runs at 60fps in others 24 or even 10fps makes some boss fights a chore or a RNG roulette, which is a shame because it really has potential (I have 6 gb of ram heavier games run perfectly at 60)

I'm surprised why I did not come across this gem earlier. This is a solid Metroidvania game with great pixel art graphics. I'm addicted to it! The controls do take getting used to but once you get the hold of them they work pretty well. I wish the devs add a 30fps cap option though. This game does eat more battery than other games i play. So that's the only minor complaint i have. Rest everything is well done!

How do you equip armor devs? It doesnt show at all in the setting menu screen options? Also, i realize rings give you a stat boost but it show it as equipped visually. The "weapons" menu option should be replaced with "equipment". Otherwise good castlevanvia like game with the ability to customize stats.

1. Paid for this game. Stiff playable character !! 2. The character movements are stiff. Make them fluid. Make dashes cancellable and Attacks cancellable. Take hollow knight as reference. 3. Also issue a warning for people who are uncomfortable with satanic references!! 4. Bugs: Small Health potion are fully stocked when buying but out of stock when using.

Initially I gave 2 stars due to issue with one skill. After quick and efficient contact from the developer issue was solved (it was on my side all the time). Game is amazing and it looks that this port is perfect to its PC version. Game recognised PS4 controller with correct butting mapping straight away - first time I see this on mobile! One of those games that set the bar for other developers. Can totally recommend for every metroidvania fan!

Twice my save has been lost out of nowhere lvl 40+ and my back up save is unplayable glitched thru the floor which is very upsetting as I was enjoying the game but really shouldn't have to start over for a third time- update: they fixed the issues and I even got my main save file back that I thought was gone for good I certainly wasn't expecting such a prompt fix thx guys 🙏

Fun game so far. My last save file has an issue. When I load the save I'm invisible and can't move from the coliseum. Weapons make the sound and ammo drops when I use arrows or bombs but nothing on the screen. Can you fix this I have 96% percent of the map revealed. Don't want to start over.
