Halfbrick, please get around to updating this to actually finish it. At the current moment in time, the game is missing both events AND blades from Fruit Ninja/FN Classic. This version of this game has been out for nearly 3 years with little content updates. Personally I wouldn't waste your money on it, so it's money better spent to just remove ads from Fruit Ninja (the original), or cough up cash for a monthly HB+ subscription for Fruit Ninja Classic. Overall, really disappointing, Halfbrick.

we do not want events but we need you to change the requirments for events plades and dojos to any thing else in the game like unlock with level up or something just fix this situation

Great game and still very fun to play, but it's frustrating that the Events system is inactive. Some achievements, blades, and dojos seem to be tied to events that are no longer available, making parts of the game impossible to complete. Either remove these requirements or bring the events back. The current situation is disappointing for completionists.

I love this game, and it can be played offline. However, I have all my blades maxed out, which makes starfruit useless. Add powers for dojos, and please add powerups to classic, arcade, and zen. Full Fruit Ninja experience that can be played offline, no microtransactions, and no monthly subscriptions. There is a problem if you want to get all achievements, you can't. Halfbrick doesn't have any plans to add events to the android version of Fruit Ninja Classic+ to get event-exclusive blades and dojos. this game is fun, no doubt about it. it really does capture the vibe and feel of the original fruit ninja. However, there are some major gripes I have with this game right now, and I'm not sure the game will ever be updated considering the last one was over a year ago. Getting deterministic upgrades for blades is basically impossible, as the spin tokens aren't guaranteed in every game, and dojo powers are seemingly gone. Is there any chance for halfbrick to update this game finally?

It's good. so I first got into fruit ninja back in 2023 when halfbrick+ was free. I got all the achievements and everything. then halfbrick+ became paid and I kind of forgot about this game. Then one day I randomly found this for $4 Canadian, and I bought it without hesitation. it's basically the same as the halfbrick+ version except the achievements are way harder and there seems to be no events. But yes definitely buy this. no pay to win or anything. just murdering fruit.

Only thing worse than the title is the game itself. Design is cheap and as with most cases ugly. Could swear that the play doesn't work as it should because it shouldn't take so long to raise your score. Many different "Events" that aren't available yet and I'd imagine if they'll ever be will cost money. Has the scores of others even when it's supposed to be single player. No offline mode that's visible. Only bit of good is that it was so low in price.

Seems like the Fruit Ninja Classic I was enjoying before it became subscription-only. I'm very disappointed my progress from Classic didn't carry over to Classic+ though - I'd had it for several years, and had blades and dojos there that carried over from when I'd played the original

Where are the power ups and events?, I currently have 240000 star fruit and it all becomes useless after you get all the blades to max level, without events, 6 blades and 6 dojos are unobtainable, and please add the powers of the Viking, Comet, Magma and Southern Lights blades and also the TMNT blades.

Honestly, not a bad version of Fruit Ninja. I like how the power ups work and how you can upgrade your blades. I think it's a bit more faithful to the original Fruit Ninja. I also like how there's a plus version (this one) for people who don't wanna pay a for a subscription (hopefully they do this for Jetpack Joyride Classic). I did have to rebuy it but I'm not mad because the old version was only a dollar. Pretty good version :)

Fruit ninja will forever be a classic, but Halfbrick studio turned out to be the greediest (for real) company in the whole mobile space. To rob me of my initial fruit ninja purchase, to have to pay again for the + version to be able to enjoy it without ads and then to be subjected to such ignorance after i paid two times is unheard of. The game shows a permanent "coming soon" mode that will never be released, because they don't care about the people that paid once, only those that pay monthly.

Called classic but the whole framework of progression has been changed, and it's kind convoluted? Like before it wasn't perfect cause once you got the blade and dojo you wanted that was it, but now unlocking any abilities kind of feels like a chore. There is also a jarring latency with the combo response effect that was not present in other versions I've played. For $3, I'm a bit disappointed, but will continue to play this version I think due to there not being ads.
