Excellent game quite fresh for a match 3 game with plenty of free to play options. Updated review: the last month since moving on with levels, the game seems to be setting you up for failure often to force you to buy the pass or use power ups , the option to watch ads is present 20% of the time and when it is the ads are too long. The card system is very mid , most cards are duplicates and very hard to get a set.Since the game doesn't seem fair at this point I'm reducing my rating for now.

The game is good, but will periodically freeze either between levels or during game play which loses and first attempt rewards. Frequently when playing ads for additional moves, the message 'Ads not available check back later' appears. The ad issue is now worse with the AdChoices frequently not allowing return to game play. Many levels require more moves than available due to the number of things reqired to complete the level. I will rate it higher when this is fixed.

What kind of ridiculous sht is this new quidditch challenge. The keys always target the ball (whatever) instead of anything else, and the ball is not going away. The amount of moves is too low. Like with that new packages minigame and lots of other things in this game it's unwinnable and annoying, not fun. You should instead finally fix prioritizing targets for powerups

used to be good and you could progess in the game. Since the new updates, they've made it much harder to win and want you to use more and more power ups and coins to do so. I'm slowly losing all my inventory that I've accrued in the last 6 years because of this. now the easy levels you're given 30+ moves to win, hard levels you get about 12. Edit: I have reached out to in game support multiple times. EDIT-game update Aug 9th It's gotten so much worse, not even fun anymore and very frustrating.

5 star game, now 1 star. Zynga reduced turns to avg of 12. For high lvl players they're mathematically impossible to complete. Objectives require multiple matches to get to them, then, clear, cover, or remove the whole board. Everything is connected to completing lvls & increasing your win streak. Ads crash the game, some tapping X to close, opens separate url which reloads game. Player loses everything. Winstreak should be disconnected from ads, freezing & reloading. Game ruined & Zynga know😞

It used to be more enjoyable. I've been playing for several years. However, the long ads of 1 minute plus, with no option to escape are taking away the pleasure & I've changed my game style to watch fewer and fewer ads. A game may take 3 minutes then up to > 3 minutes for extra moves from watching ads. The ads are repetitive & boring. I don't even watch then, I put the phone down. They used to be 15s to 30 seconds. At 1 minute + it's too much. I play the game less. Glitches too....

Super Charm bags were a good edition. But recently, as soon as I achieved the 10 games needed, the very next puzzle is impossible to get past without spending coins or playing many many times until you finally get a pity setup that lets you get past. Leaving the game for a few days does help generate puzzles with more than 12 moves. My club keeps getting demoted due to being placed with power teams that play in the arena every other week.

this used to be such a fun game now they've changed the algorithms and the game cheats. whatever you do DON'T buy any gold etc. you will likely win the game you are playing and then the game will literally cheat trying to expend what you just bought. Honestly if it weren't for my team I would have deleted it a year ago and I am having a really hard time not. Plus you used to be able to contact support and get help but now support is a personal data fishing trip so they can make $ selling it.

I really love this game: in my club I have found friends, so this game is really special for me :) 2 minor things: -I often get bugs (the azkaban map is shown on a transparent background on the homescreen, random notifications pop up, although I did not attend the event they refer to), I am a UX Dedigner and know that such details can frustrate the user a lot -It would be great if I could zoom into the collection cards to have a look at the beautiful illustrations, the preview is too small :(

adding this for the automated stupiduty (AI) Support has not cared! Horrible bugs! They don't fix! do NOT play!!! The stated function of powerups do NOT work. You'll have 1 objective for a puzzle, 95% of the time the winged key goes for something not needed and you lose your life. Also: watch ads for free moves etc yet after watching NO reward. After 3 years it has only gotten worse. they purposefully lose puzzle so you need to pay money or why would a bomb in a bag not hit the one needed?

Very addictive. Great game for HP fans. The coins required to use to keep playing without losing your progress is too high and you need to spend money all the time to get through the levels to achieve rewards which don't help as the game gets harder.

I'm only rating the game so low because of the consistent crashes . I have contacted support and they at one time credit my streaks etc back but it hasn't fixed the issue . now with the new update my game has legit crashed every time I've tried to start a level again losing streaks as well as just plan frustrated. Played this game before but uninstalled because of all the constant updates. But I truly enjoy the fast paced, many different side games and it might take you 10 tries to clear a board but you can clear that board. But I don't like being forced to play escape from Azkaban and the blue little man that pops up about every 20 boards or so. It is still a keeper

I love this game I really do, it can be challenging and as I am writing this, I am on level 2490 and loving the increase in difficulty. I also love the Magical Moments but my only gripe with that is that if you're a free to play player and someone not in a club, it's very difficult to obtain specific cards and hard to complete all sets. I don't want to be in a club with people for my own reasons but even a mode for solo players like myself where you can easily earn rarer cards would be nice.
