Hi Hitwicket Team, The new Net Session reward system is inconvenient. Earlier, we could wait 8 hours and receive training points, but now we have to watch an ad. Not everyone has the time or likes watching ads. I play 2–4 matches daily, so waiting 8 hours was perfectly fine for me. Very poor skill matching

The online matching against other players is extremely bad. A relatively new player can get matched against a player that has 10K points to every player. There is no way to win against them. Additionally the advertised skill points is not actual skill points. Your best player maybe having 8900 points and their best player will show as having 8500 points. As soon as match starts, every player has at least 11000 points or more. Does not make sense. I rage quit the game simply due to this and had to uninstall. Unfortunately, the most fun part of the game is poorly designed that it makes it not worth it.

Riddled with bugs, but getting better with updates

There used to be a lot of bugs some of which are fixed but others still exist. For example, a new bug I’ve found is that the player “Caribbean Rampage” has a special ability which applies to+4 runs even after Hex. However, when I activated the SA against “White Lightning” who had activated Hex, it actually cost me minus 2 runs when I hit a 6. 🤦‍♂️

Good game but a Money grab

This game is a complete money grab. If you don’t spend real money on players and gold coins, you basically cannot win. Yes they try their best to match you up with someone at your level, but the progression feels impossible without paying, which makes the whole experience frustrating and unfair. The pricing of the gold coins is ridiculous and way overpriced for what you actually get. To get a “confirmed” player you are basically spending $30 to get one good player. Instead of rewarding skill or strategy, the game pushes you toward spending money just to stay competitive. The game is somewhat decent and it’s a good concept, but the aggressive monetization completely ruins the experience for me. I wouldn’t recommend it unless you are ready to keep spending money.

PvP is glitchy and shot percentages are not useless

PvP format is arguably most fun but also most glitchy. Most players you get matched against have either paid for top gear or played the game for long enough time that they have nice gear. You cannot win against them. This game does not do good job of matching like skilled players against each other. It probably only looks at user player levels but not the gear levels equipped or playing XI levels and hence feels out of sync in expectations. Additionally, the percentage for a shot doesn’t make sense in PVP. My 4 star batsman was facing a 2 star bowler and the lowest shot probability for a 6 was 56%. I needed 6 to win in the last over. I could not successfully take a boundry once in the 4 balls I tried. I should have at least had one 6. Gimmicks like these is why I deleted this game. This has been submitted in game feedback many times but have not received response from the makers. Indicating on no intention to change this defect.

PvP battles are mostly bots where you tend to always bowl first with the opponent teams just hitting DOT balls throughout the 5 overs Clearly the DAU and MAU is lower for the app for them to match with actual players

Rigged game

The devs have rigged the game where they will not let you have good players based on the time you spend. You will only get good players if you spend a lot of money. I got the same world class player 4 times which is so disappointing. The randomizer is not random and someone needs to do an audit of their code. Appalled to see the mindset of the developers after having built a good game. Please stop marketing this as a poster child for “make in India” because you are not doing well for the reputation of the country. Deleting the game and will replace it with another game that doesn’t treat its customers unfairly. Also, no point in emailing because they will not resolve anything. The response from the devs is unsatisfactory and does not even address the point at hand. I never said that the match engine is making me lose games, I said that the randomized is not very random.

I lost all my game data

I had UnqGamer123 and had virat Kohli etc with level 58 and once I uninstalled it though synced with apple data still lost entire progress. I'm not gonna change rating till my data is recovered Stupid game
