Horrible ads!
I will never download or play one of your games. Your ads are horrible! Your recent ones have young kids inside warm houses yelling at the other kids out in the cold to go away and saying they won’t help them. Absolutely Disgusting!!! I wish that I could find a way to block these on the games app.

I went back because it showed another game very different than what is a lot of game do the same thing show a farmer harvesting and selling but that’s not what it’s about. Waste of my time it’s wrong to lie just to make money and this will be to any other game that does this.

Terrible customer service.
I had contacted them regarding issues I’ve been experiencing on the app due to not being able to do/join events my teammates have been doing, they didn’t seem to care what my issue was and I’ve had this game for over 5 years now. I’m considering deleting my account and using other apps that give everyone the same access/experience was everyone using the app unlike this one.

The game is great, but…
While the game itself is great—I love the levels and decorating everything, the game does not let you log on and just play. It gives me a pop up asking to enable notifications after every. Single. Level. It’s intrusive and annoying. I will never enable them for a game. Or, if I log on after being away for a while, I’m met with 3-5 cutscenes for events that I have to skip; sometimes there are even forced tutorials for events that I cannot skip, instead I have to close the game out and open it up again to get around it. I just want to match symbols and play levels guys. Quit forcing all of this optional stuff onto me.

I used to love this game and played daily for years. Recent updates have just made the game not fun anymore. It used to be a great game because winning levels felt challenging but not impossible. Recent changes have made it so that winning is so much more difficult, it’s not worth your time. Sadly, after 15,000 levels, I think our relationship is over.

Due to lazy programming many features that made the game fun to play were taken away on my Kindle. These features were not taken away on Gardenscapes which is basically the same game. Lazy programming! Don’t bother if you have a Kindle!!!!!

Amazing but too many updates
This game is so fun to play and I always love to look at the chat. But it is kinda creepy when Austin calls you by whatever you put in as your name. Another thing is that Austin’s parents only give Austin credit for whatever they did when they’re fixing up houses but you really did the work and I think that his parents should give you some credit. But I love how you can make a beautiful home and have along the way. Overall the game is amazing I just wish you would fix up those flaws. 🤗😁👍🏻👍🏿👍🏾👍🏽👍🏻

Working on levels
It’s a great game but I just hit the 30 day mark and had over an hour of of time and power ups and now it’s showing the team is working on levels! I’m going to lose all my time and power ups because of this! I have spent money on coins and this is not fair! You need to have the levels complete before bringing the game back on and have better communication. When the new levels come back we should get our time and power ups back as well!

I find it highly insulting that you think us players have the IQ of a cucumber.
You give us free power up usage for a certain amount of time, then give us a mega super hard level which doesn’t get beat within that free power up usage time. After your freebie fails to do it job you expect us players to use OUR HARD earned power ups. You actually have the gall to suggest we use OUR HARD earned power ups.
Pay close attention: your freebies couldn’t do the job so we KNOW ours won’t either.

Glitching graphics

Glitch in the game!
I have been playing Homescapes for several years now and it worked fine up until a couple of weeks go when the game developed a glitch. When I click on the app to open the game, a chest appears and says “Congratulations, Tap Here” upon tapping on the chest, a bunch of power ups comes out. They just stay on a frozen screen. I’ve tried waiting it out, force stopping the game, restarting my phone, deleting and reinstalling the game…all to no avail. Nothing works. When I reinstall the game it will work for a bit then do the exact same thing within an hour or so. Therefore, in order to play, I have to continually keep deleting and reinstalling the game. I would hate to permanently delete Homescapes, but at this point, I don’t know what else to do. I’ve contacted support and of course I am chatting with an AI bot and I have done everything they have suggested with no luck. So, I have given a one star rating, until this gets fixed.

Technical Issues Being Ignored
I’m pretty far in the game, and yes, I’m one of the dummies that spend money in-game sometimes. I tried to complete task at the chateau and the game loops in an endless cut scene. This has been happening for a solid 4-5 days. I can’t get help from in the app because it’s a cut scene. When I get to a help page, the bot requires my user id, which I cannot access, to submit an issue for help. I filled out what I could with my email address and they haven’t reached out in that time. I spent money right before the game started to glitch. Apparently this is the only way I might get help, so here I am: Devs, please help.

Started to get misleading
The super hard levels became more super duper hard and the worst the developers made it every other level, meaning around two normal levels followed by super duper level that needs two to three days to accomplish even if power ups used.
AND, the extra levels that we used to see in their ads are totally disappeared.

Well, Robbie Woods the developers are sick to death about your character so they are getting rid of you and your daughter Chloe.
Proof is in the game. Been stuck 5 days on level 20122. They hate you as much as they hate corn on the cob. Personally they need help but you can’t make them get it.
Power ups and video help is NO HELP WHATSOEVER.
Personally I like you a lot. You are a much nicer guy than Austin. Hope they put you in a new game but i doubt it.

I have been playing this game for a couple of years. Recently the bonus’s have changed. It feels like now you don’t have many power ups no more double planes. I love this game and that is why have been playing for years. However, it is too obvious that certain levels just require you to spend $ in order to continue playing.
A bigger problem is, that happens more and more frequently, showing how greedy the algorithm was designed.
This situation occurred previously but was improved for some time. It came back again.
The best way to deal with it? Just play less, or switch game.

Love this but..
I love this game. So much. Like I love the story and that I can design the house, but here’s the thing. The levels are so hard. And if you want to if you want to get all those power ups and stuff like that. You have to have so much money. Like if I have $100. Fun game
The game is fun and addicting! But recently with all the new updates it feels like they made it way too hard to even beat certain levels. And when you have beaten all the levels you’re forced to play in this tournament with other players with even MORE harder levels and it takes days for you to even beat certain levels. I get that they want to make a profit but why does it seem like I have to shell out hundreds of dollars to even advance just a little bit. The power ups aren’t that great and the in game money you receive doesn’t last because AGAIN the levels are way too hard. Played game for 2 years

Fun game but frustrating
Should have listen to my review. Purchased another pass and can’t beat level I started with. 😡Waste of money.
Been playing this game for a long time. I am about ready to give it up. It can take weeks to beat one level. After I pay for the season pass, I hardly get to use any of the rewards. I also noticed the last couple of days, the bombs have changed where the form. Very frustrated.

Not happy with the Bloom & Buzz feature
It’s incredibly difficult to make any progress with this feature and now it’s being used to fulfill a Weekend Plans task in the First Tier?! Are you kidding me?! Started off good
In the beginning, the game was good. Nice game to pass time by but it still wasn’t as advertised. Every time I saw this game as an ad, you were helping a woman and her child. When you play the game, that doesn’t happen. You basically have coal or gold coins going to one side which gets annoying after a while. But the game will stop letting you play the side games. Then you’re basically playing Candy Crush and Monopoly Go. When you get to a certain point, you will continually get super hard boards that you will never pass without paying for extra moves. My last board I had to get 59 different colors, 21 boxes and 2 hats. But in those hats I had to get a total of 53 different colors on a small board. Totally ridiculous. I stop playing. Just let me buy game up front. Don’t make me have to continuously pay $1.99, $2.99 and $5.99 to pass boards. I stop playing Candy Crush and Monopoly bc of this.

Consistently overcharges me
I have been playing this since COVID and enjoy it. I’ve noticed in the past year or so whenever I purchase a $.99 set of “coins” I get charged twice and have to get Apple to refund me. No, $.99 isn’t a lot but it’s the principle of the thing. Watch your purchases!

I really enjoy the game and it’s really addicting to decorate the house along with the adventure game you can play with the energy bolts. However some of the levels are just far too difficult to beat without wasting money or using boosters. It gets frustrating really quick when you have back to back difficult levels. I wish there was anything to use to skip any level that’s too challenging to beat because having to wait for more hearts makes the game disinteresting after a while. Also the amount of money wasted on more lives is really hard to gain back.

First word of advice: If you’re looking to download this because if the whole “Save the baby” thing, IT’S NOT REAL. I downloaded this because of that exact thing just to be very disappointed by discovering there is no baby. It’s just another merging game, and I don’t play merging games. Punished for winning
I have played this game twice. The first time I uninstalled it was because it seemed that I was being punished for being successful, meaning that the higher the levels, the harder the game, but no better rewards. Every other level became super hard and nearly impossible to beat unless I had a boost, which would often be wasted because the game chooses when to use them. It quickly became no fun and unenjoyable.
I decided to try it again a couple of years later. I made it a little farther in the storyline than before, and they added a cute little side story/adventure. Unfortunately, the game has once again become more frustrating than fun, and I am not interested in the story enough to torture myself by playing the ridiculous levels. I will avoid this developer’s other games as well, since they all have the same format.

Wow this game they cheap on rewards and COINS. They took away the paper plane power up and separated rocket and bomb. Man they really want your money. Greedy cheaters
The more people continue paying to win (which isn’t really winning) the greedier Playrix becomes. Stop making them richer!!!!
They intentionally rig the games to lose when only a move or two is needed to win. All they want is your money and it’s mind blowing that players don’t see that.
Back in the day the Playrix games were fun and challenging not annoying and practically impossible to win without paying or being stuck on a level for a few days. Each update makes it even worse.

Okay, but loses its fun as you progress
This game really requires a ton of money to play after you get in a couple hundred levels. It’s lost its fun for me. I was willing to spend a couple of bucks to get past a level and keep playing, but now even the easy levels can take 3-4 days to get through. It has lost enough fun now that I don’t care. The (AI) developers have changed this game so much, and continue to make changes on about a monthly basis, that degrade the enjoyment of game play. All of the changes are geared - in the most blatant and hard core way possible- to work against the player and make the game play harder, pushing the casino ($$$) aspect of the game onto the player. Has potential
This game is pretty fun with some easy and challenging levels. However, some of the harder levels are almost impossible to complete without power up’s or extra moves. Opportunities to earn more coins outside of completing levels could help with this. In addition to that, another source of annoyance is being unable to change the design of the some of the furniture. Part of what makes this game fun is having the choice to choose which furniture you like. Overall, this game is enjoyable and could be even more fun with those fixes.

With this newest update, now we’ve lost the benefit of the Rainbow Ball! Every single time they update, you lose something else! I guess I’m about done with this game! Too bad because it used to be my favorite!

Treat your players well
Have been playing for years now , and I can say the changes in the game has made me loose interest in the game . Now when am playing the game , disconnect and connect at the same time . Also , the king doesn’t appear anymore. Y’all should do better. Am rating 1 star not for anything, but for your poor update.and the games doesn’t solve puzzles anymore or help the lady anymore. Why !!!???

A demand for a fair & just game
This game used to be fun; filled with puzzles to solve … to be fair the major reason for playing this game but now..??? Dear lord 😭 It’s filled with just merging the colors ; so unnecessary and the ridiculous amount of coin collected for only 5 moves is diabolical!(900) & give just little in return
… I am highly disappointed & hope you make changes cause not just me but so many people are tired of this …

Why does the shop continue to offer me hockey sticks and soccer balls virtually every day, when I completed both of those trophies several weeks ago?

Pop Up Ads are Ridiculous
The game is genuinely fun, but the amount of pop ups that happen while not actively in a level is outrageous. I have been playing this game for years and I have noticed the amount of Homescapes themed activities the devs want you to join in increasing over time. The devs aggressively push tournaments between other players, challenges, story themed side quests, etc.
I just want to play the game and wish these pop ups weren’t so obvious, greedy pleas for cash from its users.
This game is very fun and is a good challenge if you are looking for a puzzle game. It’s been great! I just wish the noise from side stuff wasn’t as loud.

This game is definitely Clickbait you see like the mom trying to say baby and you seem like everything that’s definitelyClickbait because I played this game and it’s been like a month now and I haven’t seen one stage of the baby and everything so this is getting like I wish zero stars so if you really want to play this game then go ahead but just remind you that it’s not what it seems

Too expensive to play
I’ve played this game for years and loved it. I do understand they need to make money off it but the greed has ruined the experience for me. When you have to purchase more upgrades after 2 or 3 levels to move on without spending a week or more on one level it becomes pure frustration. It’s really too bad!

Money hungry
I have been playing this game for a very long time, currently level 12I40. I try to play daily and used to really enjoy it. Lately all they do is keep cutting the bonuses you get and shortening the time before they reset to try to get you to spend money for power ups. Then they started with the cards, another waste so they don’t have to give you things that actually help and slow things down when you are on timed things. Now they added another sub thing to eat up more of your supplies, or get you to spend money. It may be time to take a break and find something else to play. Such a shame, it was a good and fun game.

App glitch
When you finish a card set the game glitches and doesn’t allow you to advance to next screen. Installed/ uninstalled app but I’m “Stuck” in this screen

Why so many bugs
This latest event I’m so close to completing everything and it locked up my game because I completed a card set but it won’t show my prize so I can’t click it to get back to levels to complete the event, So frustrating. Plus there are other bugs with completing the event challenges where it doesn’t even show the first 4 tiers I’ve already unlocked so I can’t complete them either.

Love the game but…
I love the game but today, there is a glitch where I have obtained cards and gotten a reward but there is nothing to claim, all it says is “tap to claim” and after tapping I can’t return to the game to complete any of the games

Decent but clearly a grift
I played till 1300-1370 levels. Around this time the game throws super hard and hard levels like every other turn. It is essentially forcing you to pay for gold and powerups. You cannot possibly beat these levels without them. And you'll run out soon enough. Probably would skip this one if I was starting over.

Missed everything due to this update and the freezing!!!!!!!!!!
Game is completely frozen on the Resort Card collection screen and I cannot click anything. I missed the end of Bloom & Buzz because of this server lock. Please clear my account cache.
