I was having fun playing this before the skill mechanics are fun and new but for me the only redeeming quality this game had and the only reason why some people can call it better than mlbb isbecayse of the graphics. The game is good. It's generous, and the balance is decent. The internet lags pretty much frequently in game, but it's been fun playing it. The majority of the players are from Mainland China, so it doesn't really feel interactive for me. The graphics are good. The gameplay is kinda like wildrift, so it's simpler. Overall, it's a decent moba.

Could you actually make a star protection when theres a troll in a team? There are too many trolls in this game but somehow when I report it your system didnt punish the player? I lost 10 times in rank and I do think you purposely give me a bad teammates or a troll. Please dont say something like communication because I did, but my teammates act like bot. Every time I play ranked I keep getting horrid teammates. They can be Asia Top 5% yet play so poorly... I don't know why the matchmaking is so bad but I can only win one ranked out of 6 matches and I keep losing 4-5 matches in a row... Can someone please fix the matchmaking? Also, not just the teammates suck, so does your way of ranking. B grade when I did half of the kills? When all my teammates were bad? Seriously? You aren't even trying to change the matchmaking at all.

I gave up on this trash game. solo rank is impossible because its always fighthing strong bots. On top of that your teammate are low rank trash or low level bots, you are forced to carry while enemy 5 man chain stun you to dead. MLBB is better than this trash.

This game is absolutely better than mlbb, it gives you a fair matchmaking than mlbb who makes you fight former top globals or former mythic above players. And I really recommend this game because it gives you a really good first experience as a moba player. The skins in the game are also fantastic, you can almost buy a very op hero at the start at the game like the shark boy because the game gives you bonus bp.

The company probably only cares for the money and events they create. whole matchmaking is garbage. Every match has a bot, the gameplay is trash, if the enemy team has 5 kills up u cant make a comeback even if u farm and play safe the whole game. items dont matter if the enemy is already fed cuz you will get deleted in seconds no matter what lane you choose. everything is good. the skins, freebies, graphics. but damn at least fix the gameplay because it's unplayable.

Match making

The match making is so terrible and even when I put mid lane before roaming lane in preferred lane they still put me in roaming so many times. I would accept longer match making time so I can play mid lane because what is 10 matches total and 7-8 of them is roaming match this is unfair for me and make me very disappointed.

the game is so laggy no not in fps and definitely not because of my wifi because on my wifi I could download a 1 hour video in 3 minutes so at this point I don't even know if thisgame has Asia server or not because I'm in the Philippines so of course I need to be on the Asia server and Ive reached master v without the game not lagging or getting high ping

Very very bad system in the game, if you played well in the game the developers of it is system make it clear : the system will ban you from using the fighter ability during the fight and you will lose or they will put you against pro players and you will be in a weak team. So my advice to any one please delete the game and play other moba games better than this and don't waste your time and data on it

Can’t win solo

This season HOK has made it where you cannot win solo ranking at all. They match you with terrible bot teammates going against 5 man or expert players. They say they have a fair matchmaking system match history says otherwise. When you complain about your lose streak they respond with a bot and no matter what option you select answer is the same. I do not know how a game says that they value fairness and then turn around and do everything but fair. ESPECIALLY THEIR MATCHMAKING. I do not understand how this is legal. If you report a player for feeding or not cooperating in a match nothing happens. I used to enjoy playing this game but with every season it’s just gotten worse and worse where it’s not even fun anymore. It’s stacked against solo players. They give you teammates who have been carried or new and enemy teammates who have been playing this game for years. I want all the money I ever spent on this game back. I am nobility 10. You have been dishonest about how fair this game is. So I want my money back. I have deleted this game. Not worth playing anymore or spending money on it either. I am surprised how there hasn’t been a lawsuit yet with this dishonesty and rigged game.

first when i play this game i liked. but now I got unbeatable enemy player.i try everything i improve my skills also. but I don't got support from other my team members . I losed 10 rank matches ..I got frustrated and uninstall. I was in diamond ..I keep losing . if my enemy broke tower faster than why can't happen same with me also.?I try 4 times to broke enemy tower but it won't happen even no one is standing. under tower. I couldn't win match with my favorite hero thats so annoying.

This game is not for solo players because the matchmaking sucks. You paired with beginners even if you're a veteran in the game and also after winning 1 game, the teammates I get are noobs or trolls but the enemies are strong or normal players. Also you match with bots ocassionally which is bad.

Horrible matchmaking, WILL be paired with 3 bots. This game used to be really fun, now you're paired with 3 bots and a bad teammate. Reporting does nothing, because they are bots. it's horrible. I used to enjoy this game but I'd rather play MLBB at this point. Edit: you see how they say don't address the bots lol it's kind of hard to communicate with bots. What's the point of reporting when nothing happens. Had multiple matches in which the farm lane went clash, report didn't help with that.
