I have played this game since summer 2018, and netease in general using AI for their art makes me very sad. they used to put so much care into their art and now they want to implement GEN AI to their works (although, they already did). please listen to the community and don't use AI in art such as.. music, voice acting, drawings, writing, models, animations. this game is a work of art and it's made to be artistic and slop isnt welcome here :-(

The game balancing is an absolute joke. It seems that with every update, playing hunter gets absolutely more miserable. It's not surprising that if you que for survivor, you'll have to wait more than 15-20 minutes for a single match. The game seems to be adding more buffs for survivors that hold their hands as a fail-safe so that no matter how bad they play, the most you'll get is a tie in a match when you play as hunter. Not to mention the blatant racism for the small pool of poc characters.

I've been playing this game almost since it was released. It was a little clunky sometimes, buggy after updates. But they've really tanked in other ways, with false advertisement and AI generated graphics. This company has shown they can fix in-game models quickly as long as it fits their standards, but won't even try to address the problems with ping or whitewashing that the playerbase has been complaining about. In short, pick a different game to support.

I have played this game for about 2 years now and I have enjoyed it, however this game is incredibly greedy when it comes to costumes. I also hate the fact that they have replaced their human artists despite them being the ones who brought so many people to the game.

this game is so visually pleasing, and knowing the human passion and drive for a creative and intriguing diverse storyline was behind it makes it even better. But with the newest decision to implement AI into the game, is disappointing. I hope the developers listen to their player's request and favor their concerns.

I once adored this game. Identity V is a very important game to me. However with Netease incorporating AI usage into the game I can't bring myself to play it. It's disgusting and disheartening. I keep having hopes that there will be a statement saying they're going to quit the AI usage, but I keep waking up to no such thing. I deeply loved the variety of art in this game. It's sad to see netease take the rout of using AI.

This game is just using AI slop to generate images, characters, backgrounds, posters, enhance images. They fired a good portion of their artists for this. I'm not going to support a game that doesn't use its imagination and fires the artists that helped it to where it was, this is sad but there are other games to play other than a AI slop generator.

I've played IDV since 2023 and during my time, I heavily enjoyed it. My partner and I would always log on everyday, I've made friends and even drew art for this game. For the longest of time, this was my world. Unfortunately, due to the recent news of AI usage and the discrimination of the POC characters, I dropped it. It's not fair for me to spend my hard earned money on absolute AI garbage. To collaborate with numerous art museums and do this is a high level of disrespect.

What is good in saving others, if they just go down the minute they are rescued? - Also the server lag is just a general thing, on NA and EU servers.
