i liked it at first but I deleted the game. I joined any alliance and they kick out after a while, I don't like to join any discord or anything else from game , I just wanted to enjoy the game now I hate it .

Edit: So greedy, it's getting worse and worse! There are so many stupid passes now that are really steep and you have to spend tons of money to have meaningful progress. Diamond premium currency is useless because whenever you need anything, you can only get it thought a £6 pack. Greedy devs keep adding heroes only obtainable through purchase. Very annoyed, started off with ok packs and playableness ended up ruined by amount of tomfoolery to pay. There's like 3 new £20 passes every couple days.

The game is ok but like most games is not what is advertised. Also like most games absolutely no customer service. The email address post on here for "support" told me to go to in game support. In game support has never answered me. So nothing will get done because you don't care. I don't want to hear some lame answer in response to this post just save your lies for the next person. Really glitchy on 226 since the latest update. phone buttons override the lower screen, team rallies offline but offline rally clicked off, mail always says unread/unclaimed. Let out a game, buried treasure, says it pays out 4 gold shards each of the 5 round ones, plus speedups and shards in game, which I 'won' many. By the end of the 5 rounds (two levels) I only had 4 shards total and 1 speedup. half an hour after my last attempt, you let out 6 tickets for "refresh, recall, etc". So annoying.

So many bots and discord scams. The game itself is extreme p2w. I had the misfortune of being assigned a server with a dev on it, who had unimaginable power (more than the guys who spent thousands a month on the game). He just kills everyone with his bot army. Waste of money!

DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS GAME. This game is NOT a single player game. The game mechanics are built to force you into alliances with other players, there is PvP. It isn't world building. It barely resembles the playable ad. THEY WILL REFUSE TO DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT. AND THERE IS NO HUMAN CUSTOMER SERVICE. They will demand you repeatedly fill out forms, lock you into a chatbot auto response loop, and never delete.

Just a reskin. It plays exactly the same way as those other build-a-tavern games. EXACTLY down to the order of what you're allowed to upgrade. No idea why it has so many positive reviews like it's some awesome brand new game... AI review bots??

Great graphics and nice story. Quite a complexity with an advanced help system. BUT the whole path goes to the micropayments and addiction, as the game is designed around daily pressures and quests, trying hard to make itself the CENTER OF YOUR LIFE. That type of game should not be there. I guess I will take a look couple of more times to confirm and adjust my point of view.

once you unlock the world map and try to do the play the game f2p you already lose. its full of microtransactions to help buff your heros or raven. the recent mini game having a limit of 5 tries with impossible odds. the only way to stay ahead of the other alliances is to spend plastic credit card. was and enjoy during thw start but you start the world map and depending on your server aka other player companions its just toxic. all about paying to be the better player. not real play to gain

I got chat banned less than 1 hour into playing. I only responded to a few private messages before my account was flagged for suspicious activity. My first time playing and likely last time. No way to speak to customer service. There are 100s of bots that spam you for discord, but legitimate players get punished.

fun to play, a nightmare to resolve any account issues. got booted out mid game when playing. they claim suspicious activity from my account, a very vague and unspecific (and unjustified claim) then forced me to bind account to Facebook profile in order to contact their customer service to resolve the issue. problem is their customer service interface is very sub standard. FAQs didn't cover the issue at hand and now waiting for a response to a ticket submitted via their chatbot.

NOTHING LIKE THE ADS!! BUGGY AS HELL!! It says you can unlock Heroes w 10 shards, & they have 1 called Bestar available thru the Hero Summons tab. "Collect 10 shards to unlock Bestar. Can also be used to promote Bestar," is the exact wording in game. I have 14 shards for her & tried to unlock her, but it says I have insufficient items, that I need 0x more, & only gives options to buy more even tho I have enough. The garbage customer service ai bot says they don't even have a Hero called Bestar
