it's a good game but recently alot of people are having problems with the app it's way too laggy and sometimes it says can't connect to Internet when your Internet is fine it's been like this for a few weeks now and someone needs to look into it and also when people bully someone on the game and people report it msp don't do anything about it which they need to keep a close eye on in my opinion.

Its no longer letting me in my account. My password is correct and its loading but it none stop with the loading sign and won't let me in. This game has been the death of me ever since I was 12. I been scammed,almost hacked, scammed by the actual game and people myself and now that I no longer spend money on their game and they noticed their not letting me in. It's a cool old game and idc much bout bugs but devs should fix cuz game has poor customer support (regarding monthly/yearly packages). Significant input lag and touch delay (buttons freeze after being used three times in a row, requiring you to exit the launcher to fix the issue; capped at a maximum of 24 fps on both PC (pc less seriously+massive input lag with a frame-skipp) and mobile versions and chat stuttering for no reason sometimes (instant reset msg)). Tested on a RedMagic 10S Pro+ Pc

Very boring nowadays, far too many toxic and disrespectful people in chatrooms. Stay out of chatrooms! If you aren't VIP, the game is so boring. VIP is far too expensive and most of the good items are locked behind VIP. There are no ways to get a lot of starcoins to buy an outfit, you have to login everyday just to spin the wheel and save up enough. This app is not worth one star, its worth zero! Disgusting game and Disgusting people.

I had been charged and recieved nothing, no response, now broke! It's been like 2 weeks since I've bought VIP gamepass and my issue of being charged on my account had been 2 weeks ago and I saw some people online saying they are usually really quick and reliable on sorting their emails out. However, I've not recieved a response and been sent a automated email to say that they forwarded my email internally to sort it out. Welll... That part was 6 days ago. Now it's been 2 weeks!

they could easily boost the game popularity by making mobile the exact same as desktop version , fix the lag and add (on location) - the game to the desktop version - which should also be mobile because mobile sucks you can't see forums or your biography or choose animations nor pets it's very different and frustrating aswell the chat rooms should be maxed to 15 players in a chat room while they should remove lobby and fix the glitching of constant new servers in chat rooms.

I love this game as I recently returned due to this being my childhood and fell in love all over again but the sad thing is sometimes it can lag for laptop and then you have to wait about 5-15 seconds and then reopen it for it to work again... definitely needs a update so it is less laggy (only for laptop) phone is never lags.

used to ABSOLUTELY LOVE this game as a kid.And as of recently i downloaed the game for nostalgia.But i ran into a few problems that where not an issue before.I'll be talking about ios issues, since thats what im/was using. first off, the game in general is super glitchy and slow, when playing the game On Location after a few spins the whole game will start to buffer, theres no change pw option, update issues, and while if you forget ur pw and can recover it u cant do the same for ur username.
