this emulator has served me very well, but now it runs at what seems to be 50 hz despite running only 60 HZ ntsc games. I can't get it to work so everything is 10% slower.

Absolutely amazing. I got those little joy-con things you can put on the sides of your phone to use, but I didn't have any games to use it with, then I got this app. It may cost money, but trust me and ALL the positive reviews, it's worth it! (I recommend a controller, but it's good for mobile, too)!

The standard button makes controls don't work for my controller, but when I create and initialised a new profile that matches, it is only set as deadshot for that session. that means I have to do that every time I pay and that's not worth the hassle. I will never use this again and would therefore love a refund. (emulator use for around half an hour)

On the last August update, the LCD grid overlay was corrupted. Now, despite being selected isn't appearing. You have to select a different overlay, and then re-select the LCD one to properly see it. But once you close the app, the overlay effect disappears again, requiring doing the same process over and over.

Really well put together and runs extremely well. I actually ran a test rom on it and it passed the vast majority of tests. The only ones it failed were for stuff like niche edge cases and accurate frame timing (compared to original hardware) so if you're not speedruning and just playing one of your old favorites, it's absolutely perfect.

Really well put together and easy to navigate. All the author's emulators I've gotten have a similar GUI which is great. Nothing is overly complicated and makes for a great NES experience.

The only NES emulator you'll need and love! I switched over to this after John NES stopped being updated and crapped the bed. Now I'm gonna do the same with the Gameboy and SNES ones! This is hands down the best emulator experience I've had. Controller mapping and utilization is a dream, love the rewind feature you can map as opposed to a button on the screen. No issues with setting up folders or running anything. Absolute joy to use and worth the fiver!

This app used to be a 5 but a recent update seems to no longer support Mapper 30 games that used to run fine. I make games on NesMaker using mapper 30, but app seems to no lomger support mapper 30. Other then this issue solid app to play classic official NES games.

Functionally a 5 star app. Docked 1 point for my usual complaint with .emu emulators that save states are tied to SRAM saves. Had to dock another because it doesn't appear to be compatible with the power pad. I would definitely recommend this app.
