the game just refuses to give me any chips on a 40+day streak of loading up getting daily chips and losing them all instantly i feel its like they put a win % on your account when you create it and it never changes a new player that started a week ago should never catch up with someone thats played for multiple years I've even bought packs and still nothing the events are impossible to complete they make the challenges completely worthless for the rewards you get overall just don't download it

I recently got a new phone because my old phone finally couldn't be brought back to life. It was already a hand me down so was already an old phone. Problem is... Years ago my Facebook account was hacked and they are really strict about allowing the real person to have access again... My pop slots account is logged in with my FB account and only now do I finally l have access to the Facebook website, not the app. I haven't been able to play pop slots in a couple months now since I can't log in.

I never had issues out of this gaming app until lately. payouts are way down. side games are impossible to beat. when I do get the 100% it starts over at zero then tells me to come back tomorrow. all I am getting is duplicates on sticker packs anymore. I have been playing this game for YEARS. It's always seemed like it's hard to build up your chips and keep them but it just seems to get worse and worse. I opened the game yesterday and now they've changed the min bets. I'm so mad because now it seems you can't play at all unless you want to keep spending money. Not Cool Pop Slots. my advice is forget about rewards and then game is so relaxing , backing music is a delight and sound effects are perfect , not too much but enough to get attention , display is okay but it's smooth. I'll always find something to complain about but I do find it really relaxing. if you chase rewards though you'll miss the pleasantness of it I promise.

I LOVE playing this game!! I've actually used points towards complimentary hotel stays, drink, food, etc..on multiple occasions. However, I have a serious issue with the "pop stickers", being applied. I literally count how many more stickers I need to complete the entire album, and when I apply my stickers, I'm still around the same # of stickers I was at before (if not more), EVEN THOUGH there were NO BONUS ROUNDS FOR DUPLICATE STICKERS. This needs to be fixed ASAP.
