it's a shame, I really used to enjoy this game and have enjoyed the little mini games and events. Lately however, it's been disappointing pairing up with players that seem like bots or are inactive for mini events and having to get through team exercises alone and facing the prospect of buying gems to get through. When you do try to get through alone the rewards/spins are minimum and so much harder to finish. I will probably back away and just play when I can and not take part in the team stuff.

BEWARE! IN APP CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE! I made the mistake of telling the truth(sigh) my little one got a hold of my phone and disability functions, made everything a little too accessible for tiny fingers... the One Tap function purchased the $100?!!! Gems package and Google Play nor the Developer will reverse the charges... I begrudgingly play now.. This was an Occupational Therapy approved App for my head injury... that joy has a dark cloud now😔 Update: 7/26/26 I'm still playing 🎮😉

I love this game, it's the one game I've kept through the years. It's grown & I get upset occasionally lol, but, it's wonderful. I only wish I could afford to purchase more often. It is great though for all ages! *EDIT - It's still full of fun!! The advertisements for this game are completely false!! there is no fashion battles, no fashion competition, nothing like that, its a puzzle game and you get some clothing and home decor items, but ive only got maybe 7 new clothing items in 6 months...

I'm level 1449, and I'm just done. At this stage, EVERY. SINGLE. LEVEL. takes (no joke) 40+ tries to complete. Every one of them. I can't participate in any events anymore because all of them rely on beating levels fast and consecutively. Early game play allows you to sail through 100 levels no problem. Nowadays it takes me a literal week to get through maybe 10. I've sunk too much money and time into this game and so I've got to quit; it's actually starting to affect my mental health lol

quite fun except for some levels. most of them I was able to save by sheer dumb luck, not to mention trying these levels multiple times before. now 2026: it got worse. more difficult levels, in app buys are a cheat (first you get 500 gems vor 1.99, the next time you would like to buy 400 gems for same value). the changes in the cards collections and everything else is just poor/greedy decision making

it would be fun except every time you go to play the game you got to go through all the play this play that join this by that I understand a few ads but you've added way too much to the game it's super sucks now. just want to log on and play and you can't even get to the puzzles.

it's a cute game, but the difficulty level is increasingly punishing. I enjoy designing the spaces and outfits for the makeovers, and the basic gameplay of the puzzles is easy enough. after a while, however, you can get stuck on levels for DAYS if you don't want to pay for power ups. You can build a win streak for extra bonuses per level, but you lose all of them the second you fail a level. also, it's heavily skewed towards the female avatar. you get 5 or more female upgrades to each male one

Limited game functionality

They changed the game and now it’s impossible to enjoy. Greed has caught up with the developers. Edited to add: If you enjoy playing games in portrait mode on your phone than this game is not for you. I wish that they would develop the game so that you can play it in both portrait and landscape mode depending upon user preference. some people like myself may have mobility issues and prefer games that allow users to play in portrait mode. I hope that they consider this in future developments. please consider allowing the game to be played in whatever view is most comfortable for the user and gamer.

It started off really great. But then I decided to make an in app purchase. I lost the "watch ad" function after the purchase and it never came back. levels became 100 fold more difficult - it's almost like a money grab to force you to buy more diamonds.

I loved playing Project Makeover. I would spend money on it and have played it for probably over 4 years? maybe more. I spent $5 on a purchase that I didn't realize was only good for another 3 days and actually didn't give any of the prizes it was offering in the picture. they are refusing to give me $5 back even though it's honestly the right now thing to do in this situation. I'm deleting it. shame on you.

Events

I truly love this game but I’m noticing a pattern whenever there’s an event and a merge game. I noticed when there’s a timed or themed event going on it’s harder to complete the boards almost like you want to force ppl to use cash that we all don’t have. When there’s timed events are over the boards are completed easily. I really don’t think that’s fair. I will change the 3 stars and review if it’s fixed. It’s already difficult to complete because everything in the timed events cost way more

LOVE THIS GAME! The levels are not that hard and if you don't play the game for like a month or longer they give you enough power ups to pass the next like what feels like 20 levels! I only started playing this game because the YouTube Hopescope would not stop talking about how much she loved the game 🤣 and then I fell in love with it. Great game.

The journey points are the biggest sc*m ever. Please don’t bother downloading this. In tandem with The removal of the original season pass, the devs have gotten too greedy and are ignoring people who and removing comments from people talking about it. This game is really fun, it combines all the elements I like in games into one, decor, fashion, and puzzles!!! There's so much to do so I'm always entertained when I open the game, some puzzles can be extremely hard, sometimes the hard puzzles and super hard puzzles are easier than the normal puzzles in my opinion, however I still really like and enjoy playing the game so I would recommend it to everyone!!!

I loved this game until they constantly put up DELUXE LEVELS that won't you earn coins to actually finish dramas. now down to an amount that won't let me do anything. this constant bringing in of deluxe levels makes me think the developers are being lazy to update it. else, add coin wins to rge deluxe levels! thats not hard to do. i do the dramas because there is hardly anyway to get lives faster esp during deluxe levels. getting tired of this game.... very good graphics though.
