cant fight properly while getting distracted The game is a chef's kiss (or so I thought). The gameplay is quite buggy sometimes but other elements makes it worth it. They don't push ads in you're face or make you feel that watching ads is a MUST (in exception of transactions, but i don't think it matters since it's possible to obtain as a F2P). Each character has their own personality and fighting style. And the game is constantly being updated. DO NOT PLAY SKULLGIRLS 2ND ENCORE IN MOBILE

Fighting mobile games has been tough for me considering not much of it appeals me but this one turns out way amazing, the animation was smooth and artistic—oh, don't even get me started with its character designs, creative powers and abilities. I'd love to see more of the characters lore or such. Sad to say what happens of the original version, though I'll hope for the best.

The best free to play game. Been playing this game since 2019 across so many different phones, nonstop. I really have no complaints, and a rare part in the developers of this game, they quickly address issues without a problem and deal with it, and take accountability, unlike thousands and THOUSANDS of other games. Another admirable trait is the lack of generative AI, which I am more than glad to finally see, human artists taking pride in their work, that have gotten this game so many awards. 🖤

Perfect story, perfect gameplay, perfect rewards, but it has a problem: The bugs. Character sprites just glitch out randomly and sometimes the back button disappears. And today I woke up to game logging out of my account entirely. When I did get back into my account, I had to redownload the entire data again.. Another thing is, most characters are forgotten when it comes to new variants. The game also has a lack of challenge for high level players. Please do better devs.

I love it sooo much, but it takes up alot of space and battery and often crashes alot. But other than that I love the way each character fights and it gives me a nostalgic feel 😄 love this masterpiece of a game .

The absolute best mobile fighting game I've ever played. The amount of fun you will have if you play this game is so high to the point where not even the number TREE(3) can even come close to describing it. Everything about it is perfect, down to the characters and how unique they are, to the events, to the story mode, to pretty much everything. I love this game its so fun but the gatcha drop rates are soooooo low, if it could be raised a little then it could be better however now that I have some of the better fighters its becoming apparent that its not really even worth the time or money because once your at a certain difficulty the fighter Ai becomes so advanced it can read and counter every move before you even do it, its so bad I've seen people loose 15k strength fighters to a 4k strength once you get to a certain win rate...

There are lot of bug in the new update. The status bar keep cover the leave button when i try to leave the UNDYING EVENT. Also my defense team in SINK OR SWIM keep get reset everytime i log in to the game. I can't claim the defense reward of SINK OR SWIM. :( I hope you can fix this bug :3

I used to be a huge big fan of Skullgirls since 2022, the amount of reference skins that are added into the game is amazing. However, competitive is completely rigged; I had to face off people that were level 70 or higher. It got so bad in fact that I broke two phones already. I would like to leave this review saying that I quit playing the game and I'm retiring from it.

well back then I rated it 1 star is because of the pulling system, no pity and never know when will you get a diamond rank, I genuinely quitted the game after pulling many times but never been able to get a diamond and stuck in that one stage in story mode that requires a diamond character, but now thanks to the pulling system and more generous rewards I managed to get my first diamond rank and finish that one battle.

I absolutely love skullgirls with all my heart but I believe you guys need to work on reworking variants and fixing bugs, the gameplay itself is great but sometimes it has its flaws like characters turning around and missing combos or characters glitching in general like becoming invisible for example, some variants don't even work properly or have little to no utility in any part or gameplay in the game, also, please rework "Yellow One" Squigly, she's decent at best but awfully hard to use.

The grind to reach the final milestone takes way too long now, making it feel less like a game and more like a chore. Also, the extreme difficulty in Story Mode, combined with bad RNG for character drops, makes it nearly impossible to progress.Please consider re-balancing the rewards and difficulty to make the game enjoyable again for the community.

It has perfect story mode (even tho it's not finished) has great mechanics, each variant of character has its own unique individualities, some may be good while other are very niche. the downside? majority of this game are gacha, wanna get specific fighter? gacha, wanna get specific skill? gacha, wanna get specific stat on the skill? gacha, wanna upgrade that specific stat on the skill? gacha

I like the way the game keeps getting new variants every month and how the gameplay is easy to understand. However, a problem is that the stories lack in lore, which is not a big thing for others but I personally prefer to see what's up with the characters. Beowulf's new origin story was great and exactly what I wanted, just wish that it was like this for the others too. And secondly.. the bugs.. there's alot of them right now and the game is almost unplayable. Overall, it's good.

This game is awesome. great graphics, mind blowing fight, awesome designs and etc. i am a person who plays mortal combat in ps5 and know a lot about combos. even though this game is much easier and doesn't require memorizing combos, there are still some combos you can learn. overall this game is a game i have been playing for 4-5 years or more and i still am enjoying it just as much as before. the variety of characters is so good that there is no way you get bored of it so i highly recommend it.

Genuinely a really fun game. The character designs are all very amazing and the gameplay is fun enough to play for hours on end. However regarding the character design I believe Filia and Fukua, who are both canonically 16, having sexualized designs is very distasteful. The same thing goes for Squigly's variant "Love Crafted" referencing NSFW artist Zone Tan who is known for making art of minor characters. The reference alone is weird but having it on a 14 year old character is disgusting.
