miserable..we r supposed to enjoy the game but not waithing for a coffee an hour .or 5h for the oysters ..damn

overall it's become a way to make extra cash (found on freecash) to a regular form of entertainment and met bunch of new people who are great ... however, especially this most recent update, I've had a few issues with even getting into the game, and now everything is going as usual except the pirate treasure thing. chests won't appear.. just wanted to share that with developers as this usually doesn't occur.

great game but too much money need to upgrade something.. but the upgrade is just 🙄🙄🙄 really disappointed.. i'm expected after upgrade, the building would produce many products but just add 2 or 3 products only.. i just disappointed with the upgrade, but overall, this game is interesting..please improve with the upgrade

The developers of this game love disappointing the players. The new Animal Shelter is absolutely ridiculous. Waste a bunch of materials to gain a few piddly resources. Try developing something that is actually fun and useful. This game has gotten to the point now it's not even fun anymore. Just a big waste of time and money. Not to mention all the malicious adware. Starts off well, but from level 24 onwards its just an incredible grind to get further. Its a clear and deliberate blockade from a programming stand point and it's a stupid one. If the game had continued to offer progression, I'd potentially put actual money in. As it stands, I'm out.

The game is cute and has fun daily and weekly missions. My biggest problem is with progressing the game. It took less than 2 weeks to get to level 25, but more than a month later I still am not at level 30. I play every day, and am completing tasks aggressively. What I noticed is prior to level 25, completing the main task list was enough to level up, now I level up complete the tasks and still have hundreds of thousands of points to collect. I find the slow slog unincentivizing to keep going.

This is the only way I know to contact you because your support team has not answered my two inquiries. Your game suspended my account because I used Google pay to purchase some cargo tickets. Instead of paying you, they refunded me. I have no idea how or why this happened. This should have been an easy fix. Take the cargo tickets off my account and release the suspension. I did nothing wrong, this was not my bad. Instead, my account is still frozen and not one word from you people. DO BETTER!

Support doesn't fix gaming issues! I have reported a problem with the dino bones mini game for over a month and no one fixes it or compensates for missing the rewards that I should have gotten.

If I could give no stars to leave a review I would do that. I loved this game but the support for any glitch is never helpful and I'm always wrong and they never rectify anything. Do not spend a single cent in this game in fact delete the game cause it's a waste of time. I finished a task with 2 minutes to spare and they claim that finishing a task in the last moments does not warrant that I deserve credit for it. like what? don't waste your time or your money.

Half city builder, Half waiting game. You are contained in your own world, but there are other similar worlds you can see. Progress is decent for the most part. If you are patient, can wait a few hours, you will see new stuff to do and items will be completed. The game uses limited ads to reward for loot boxes, which are optional, but you probably want the contents. The quest book seems to go empty till you reach certain levels. It's ok, functional, not really fun though.
