So I wrote to the support team about my problem and it seems that it's AI-generated and they did not help me at all. My item menu is empty, like no items are shown for 2 hours. I cannot purchase any item and the problem is ongoing.

This game was so much fun until the "Grand Temple Ruins" came. Now it's just a joke and very frustrating. You have to spend so much energy to get the "Obsidian Ore" and if you Max it out it gets just two items. Like I said, a joke. Clearly they try to go for the "pay to win" by how much energy you need before you even get one Order out in higher levels. It's just not fun anymore. Very unfortunate.

Its a scam. I found many of the same exact issues others have experienced as well. PLEASE read through the other ratings & comments. Keep in mind, their "customer service" will ask you to send screen shots of the issues you're seeing - especially in their ads. I did twice. They will give you a template answer. You will be able to see its bull$%&! I started with a 5 star rating. I'm lowering all the way down to a 1 start. It playable BUT not what you'll expect.

Not As Described. In the advertisements it was a completely different game where you needed to add different fruit and ice in a certain order to a blender, when I downloaded the game I find out it's a merging game. I played until I ran out of "energy", their limited point system, hoping playing more would unlock the game I had played on the advertisement to the game, only to see that the other levels were to upgrade the island, and the entire game was the merging game. Disappointed.

So every time we got a new spawner, we got orders and those orders always have the same rewards(builder, energy chest, purple chest). Meanwhile after a certain level, purple chest is basically useless.. it takes space and also give us only ±50 coins. Totally not helping when a building update already cost 20.000 coins. Please change that to another reward, if possible. Thanks.

The admin will now post some automated reply about how this wasn't their intention which is complete bs given the first image on the game shop page that says "launch" is the falsely advertised version of the game where you slide drinks. the game is just made up of the game mode shown in the second image that says "merge"

I like the game well enough... but it is intentionally designed to screw you over. I have spent so much money on this app, and it purposefully makes it so I can never advance, so you have to spend more money QUICKLY. At least make it so our buck lasts a day. Greedy.

Downloaded the game because of the "launch" demo ad I played. I'm at level 8 and so far, all I've been able to access is the "merge" style game, which I loathe. If that's what you want, you might enjoy yourself. If you're looking for the "launch" style game, like I was, you're going to be disappointed. Based on that, I wouldn't recommend this game.

Where in this case you have to wait hours and likely days just for the chance to switch stuff around to merge them into new stuff, that's all. The game was fun, relaxing, and a good way to pass the time, but the further I progressed, the more frustrating it became. Completing tasks became increasingly difficult because of the limited energy and the high amount of energy needed to create items.
