The Battlecats is a classic game that's fun & challenging, but unfortunately it's been getting worse with its translation and content. TBC has been adding more censorship to the game whether it's covering up Valkyrie Cat and the Galaxy/Monster Gals or replacing the word Black with Dark for Purple-hair pronoun people who will not buy any catfood or pulls (aka the modern audience). Some of the translation is now wokalized with gender neutral nonsense for certain units like the Nyanko Rangers.

Game is fun until you get to Into the Future Chapter 3 Moon and Floating continent. Game just stagnates into basically nothing. You wont be able to attack bahamut, he evaporates your Meta deck you built for him through guides and you lose 100 times over and poof, the game sucks. Cats are cool. 10/10. I read the 1 star reviews, its either the data loss problems or people complaing that its too unfair or hard. Like if you didn't get anything thats not the game's fault. You shouldn't get greedy and spend money this fast.I got good stuff, horrible stuff and decent stuff.Secondly it gives you access to very hard stages early on.That doens't mean you HAVE to do them. This game goes in the top 10 BEST mobile game. The game is actually more leaning to F2P than P2W, as 1 rare ticket, or 150 cf costs 6 dollars. And the monetization is miniscule, the most prominent being the revive for an ad, is worth than 30 cf. Gameplay wise, its hella fun. Though early game (Empire of Cats, Into the Future) is quite a hassle, but with the infinite speed up update makes it soooo much bearable. and grinding for late game resources is satisfying (Ex. b stones, z materials).

Such a classic, just one thing

This game is so fun but there are some problems with it. First the gatcha is pretty annoying because when you roll 11 times you get only super rare and a trash uber. I lost my battle cats data

I wanted to transfer my main account on my phone to my pc. It successfully did but when I wanted to transfer it back to my phone, it erased all my data. I tried emailing ponos but the mail system said that “support_en may or may not exist” And I tried contacting them through their official support page. That did work and support_en sent an email for more information but when I replied to them, the mail system said the same message every time. Even though support_en clearly exists. And when I went back to their official support page again, I couldn’t press the button to send it. I really miss the battle cats and at 8 month of huge progress in it. I hope they can email me back so I can play the battle cats again.

I really love this game a lot and I love collecting all the cats and beating all the levels! It’s a very good game for a free game! If you are new to battle cats you should start around an event so you unlock the cat capsules and get amazing rewards. If you’re stuck at teacher bun bun make sure to keep upgrading your cats that way you can make it to user rank 900 so you can upgrade your rare cats to 25 and make sure to always have cat food to spare for the cat God or to revive because that’s how I beat it.

This "little" cat fighting game is actually good 👍

I really like this game because it can be easy in some parts but can also be absolutely HELL in other parts. Take Empire of Cats: Chapter 3 Moon. To new players, this is the worse day of their life. While the stages before that were easy peasy. To be honest, "An Ancient Curse" is definitely more difficult than the previous legend levels, but not by a lot. If you go later to the beginning of zero legends, a "whole new world" you'll see that that it's about the same skill level (except you just need luza). And did I mention that there are a variety of cats to choose from? The term "cat" ranges from an actual cat, to a weird mutated cat, to a small cat, to an egg, to an anime girl, and to a literal dragon god capable of destroying the universe. It doesn't matter, if it has a cat or cat face anywhere on it, it's considered a cat. Even now, I still think it's the best game ever. Better than every other Non-battle-cat-spinoff game COMBINED. Why does no one ever talk about this game. For one, it’s a indie game which already means that it isn’t gonna be what you expect, in a good way. Secondly, it’s actually free to play friendly and a lot of the good things in the game aren’t locked behind a paywall. Thirdly, there is plenty of content, I’ve beaten the game (version 15.0.1 as of now) and I still find stuff to do. Addiction kicked in from the beginning.

When I first started this game, I struggled. I spent about 500 dollars of my parents money on the game. My parents found out and took it away. But now, I know much more about the game. I was able to get much farther and I beat the first chapter in 30 minutes of downloading the game. It starts off forgiving, then slowly ramps up the difficulty. If I had any tips it would be to make sure you get at least an inferior treasure on every level, and try your hardest to get superior treasures. Don’t spend your cat food in the very beginning, you want to save it for lucky draws and guaranteed uber drops. Also don’t think about it too much. If you lose a battle try it again. If you lose again, try a different strategy. You can also bring cool power ups like a sniper cat and speed ups and stuff. Just over all try your best. Sometimes you don’t have everything you need, so you can move on and work towards getting those. If I could leave with anything, don’t put money into this game unless you are a famous YouTuber or something and have a job, and remember that it’s only a video game, and your not gonna win every time.
