I has to contact Jerome on a live and he told me to contact Grace on Discord or Emma. I contacted Grace & she did nothing and has remained silent. I contacted Emma and she told me to stick with Grace because my code could only be used once. Grace never responded. No I'm ghosted by Emma. I have resigned the

this would be a great game if the developers weren't so greedy. I have spent over one thousand USD. if you dont wanna be bombarded with ads- pay for ad free every month, if you want a smoother experience, pay for VIP every month. if you want to do well in competition, pay for event flowers hidden behind a gacha algorithm that now requires you to roll all 300 times in order to get the UR flower. don't get sucked in!

Beware: this game draws you in & then suddenly it ain't cozy anymore!! Constant repetitive events, other players allowed to steal locked TC with no punishment, SR flowers you have to buy to only get 25pts in comps...I have sunk $$$ into this game from buying rare flowers, outfits etc. only to experience constant lagging issues with the actual game interface & inability of devs to actually listen to players & change the format. Constant AI based graphics, simultaneous $ events... the joy is lost

I love this game! I've been playing it for a month now, religiously. and it is so addicting lol. Still have yet to win any real-life flowers, and, expect to spend about $100 if you want to actually progress at an acceptable rate. Once you hit level 35 though it goes much slower, and some of the virtual items you HAVE to buy with actual money. Wish the cost of diamonds and stuff wasn't so expensive.

I'm changing my reviews to 0 stars. No online app made me feel like a peasant the way this scam did. Attract, addict and rip off. Cozy florist is one big money pit. Only feedback you'll ever get from CS is you have to spend more. I strongly recommend to stay as far away as possible from this game and Rift altogether. For reference I'm one of the oldest players and top spenders who got treated like expendable. DON'T GET TRICKED, IT'S NOT COZY. It's very costly and frustrating

have been playing for many months, this game is an absolute money grab pay to win game, don't be fooled unless you want to spend over 100€ a month to be relevant in this game. Don't answer me with "contact customer service" I have. We all have! you just ignore us or Ai answer us, and never resolve ANY issue. You treat your loyal player base like cash cows - I lead a top tier guild and the gall you have to make basic events impossible without spending 50+ € like they're pixels- just stop.

This game is pay to win. Other players jokingly call it The Costly Florist. Outside of how expensive it gets, the gameplay is enjoyable. Guilds are essential, and many have strict guidelines to join & stay in. It can feel like a job, so it's not very cozy there either. I still currently play, but I keep both a financial and time budget to ensure I enjoy it.

played around 2-3 days, so far it's nice! A little long to wait sometimes for the flowers to grow, nothing crazy tho, it's okay so far as free to play. I haven't purchased any packs, so I can't speak of the value of those, but it seems easier to play without spending, than a lot of other games.

The core gameplay is fun and the art is pretty, but the UI is a cluttered mess. The story is engaging but incomplete and appears to be abandoned. It's possible to enjoy without spending money IF you're okay with missing out on most event rewards or grinding like crazy, and at higher levels it gets incredibly tedious without spending money on the ad-free or VIP monthly passes. Steer clear if you have problems with impulse spending, but if you have lots of free time and patience it's a nice game.
