Story is fantastic, but the game makes it SO hard to unlock new chapters without money. You have to complete "case reports" after every 5-10 chapters (can't remember exact amount) to unlock next chapter. The case reports get progressively harder to complete and require significant levelling up. Levelling up for free takes forever. I'm stuck at case report 61, I can't unlock the next chapter without it. If rich, this game is for you. But I'll just watch the rest of the story from YouTube instead!

Overall the game is fine, but it's very hard to enjoy as some characters are very unoriginal and are almost direct copies of already existing anime characters like Gojo and Zenitsu, but with a slightly different appearance. It's fine to use certain personality traits and features as other characters, but it felt like they crossed a line with the professor especially, whose character borders on copyright infringement. It's a cheap and scummy tactic and is the reason I uninstalled the game.

It's a manga with a game. There is an interesting variety of character personalities and an interesting story line. the game part is pretty basic. The art is beautiful. It's a bit of a reverse harem so keep that in mind if it's not something you can enjoy.

Played this game for about 5~ months with my friends, and picked it up again for the past 3 months. Its fun to collect and upgrade characters. Thats about it. The gacha system and rates of collecting gems is HORRIBLE. You need 1,980 gems for a 10 pull but its almost impossible to obtain gems. You also are not gurantee a character EVER. Ive saved 60k gems over months only to not get the character on the banner. I cant express enough in 500 letters how extortionist and terrible this gacha is.

I really love the story and the characters so much, but the galaxy express is very annoying. It's kinda unfair how the anomalies doesn't stop attacking your cards, like where can I have my turn?!??! I want to read more stories, but the solving cases are just really frustrating.

I will rate this game 5/5 because of the MC, lol. I just love her. As for the game, I have encountered several issues. We had to wait for 1 month for an episode (What's frustrating is it's too short - unlike the episode one where we got at least 50 parts and full of cliffhangers). Also, aside from the arena, goc and rag, there is nothing else to do while waiting for the upcoming episode, It's too boring, tbh. I suggest they add more events, and interactive sessions with all the characters.

The characters and story are highly unique!! Plus top quality voice acting along with enjoyable arts, the gacha system isn't the best though as the rates are low for a SSR card. But the story is quick and entertaining, I also love the dynamics between each character. Plus the MC also has her own lore and personality, I wish we knew more about her but so far Tkdb has been really fun for me! The building of teams still confuse me though as there isn't many guides ingame on building characters.

I think this is sadly one of the most unsung otome games out there. Yes, the gatcha system is terrible (most are) and gameplay is kinda meh, but the characters, artwork and story are so very good. I'm obsessed. Also, it's nice that the story is updated on a consistent monthly basis. I wish more people knew about this game.

I really love the concept of the story, the plot, and the art style. The whole story plot is something I've been trying to find, and it's really good. The problem is that it's not very f2p friendly. sure, you can get plenty of diamonds just from the daily tasks alone, but some of the gacha banners require spending money to unlock. There are plenty of features that need money to unlock. You'd log in and do some daily tasks, and that's that. no interactive features whatsoever.

After 2 years of playing that game, while the story and characters are okay, there hasn't been any substantial change or improvement to the gameplay. My dailies & rewards have been the same for 2 years. You get 1 new story per month, breadcrumbs. The only renewed content are the stories / gacha cards, hoping you spend irl money. I'm really tired of it and cannot imagine spending any kind of $ when other games like Tears of Themis have special events and games every other month.

it's a fun game but they're not making full use of MC's ring. she's just being dragged around and protected whenever there's a mission. the Hera's snake can protect it's user when in danger so why can't the sage ring do it too? make it so it's unstable at first. we want mc to get stronger too! damsel in distress trope is outdated!

why make the mc act like she's a novice in every mission? she has done case after case in all the houses. so why even after all of that does she still seem inexperienced? the other ghouls say that she has "adjusted well" to darkwick. but her actions and thoughts doesn't seem to be that way. it's always the ghouls that save the day. SHE'S THE MAIN CHARACTER! tbh she's more like a background character. she's useless without her ghouls. that trope gets boring and tiring

Love the story, setting, and collecting favorite characters. Don't care about battles but it's required to advance story. This gacha pull rate is honestly cruel. Rare to pull limited SSR character you want even pulling hundreds of pulls. Issue being guarantee for 10 pull can be an SR and can be a warding card. Add a mercy system (50 pulls = 50/50 SSR character guarantee) maybe separate pulls for characters vs warding cards, and this game would be 5 stars!

Personally my favorite game on mobile. I have never been more active in a game tbh. I usually fall off of many games but not this one, i love the story so much, and the art is beautiful! They've added a lot to help you, even if youre f2p. lots of my guildees have saved over 80k dias and were able to get fully awakened cards. Not being f2p helps a lot with progression but you can participate ans have fun with all the activities within the game and guild even early on.

I've been playing this game since the beginning, and I absolutely love the story, characters, and voice acting. But the biggest downside is that I just learned they use AI "art" in their backgrounds and in some cards. For that, I will NEVER spend money on this game and really hope others won't either. The developers also delete comments calling out their AI use, which is shady. I beg that they reconsider their stealing of real art from hardworking artists and make their own in the future.

this game got me hooked so fast!! the characters are cute and goofy and their stories are well written, and compared to other gacha games i've played, the ssr drop rate has been really good! (edit 6/14/26 the drop rates have gotten a little bleak but otherwise everything else i said still stands!) the story is very fun, the art is so pretty, and there are cute little creatures as well as some horror aspects! i love this game :)

FIX YOUR CODE. this is my favourite game but ever since the new "update" I get tons of "network errors" on a Galaxy S24 that is only 2 years old! When it happens during a level up, I get the level but NOT the loot. If I didn't love the story and want to marry at least 3 ghouls I would outie.
