At about the 1800 level when you go to ads to gain additional shuffle and undo options. Very annoying sometimes I have to turn off the phone and restart. This is a new phone so it’s not the phones problem.

For a long time this was my favorite game, then they "revised" it and destroyed it. Now they keep advertising a totally unrelated game under their name. I guess it is Google messing with what shows up on my phone, and what they try to force me to install by showing it over & over in spite of my failure to install it. If necessary, I switch to something entirely different. I will NOT let them tell me a solitaire card game is an update of a mah jong game!!! Sorry, Vita!

The game is great. That’s probably why it’s number one, but after wasting so much time on this game, I realized I have much better things to do with my time. You practically have to play this game all day to achieve in this game. And there are way too many ads before and after levels! They don’t even give you the option to opt out of the ads. I’m deleting this game from my phone.

So sad that they use bait and switch tactics. I used to like this game, but got tricked to reinstall it on my latest phone by the ad with the rotating cylinder, tetris-type gameplay. Shame on you. Uninstalling.

They could make it a little bit better by making it so that you don’t immediately tap a tile when you don’t wanna and it has to be two taps. Otherwise, it would be a five star.

While this game is fun and relaxing the ad engine needs an overhaul. Ads playing on top of the game board loading prevents me from getting any useful information about the board, and the recommendation logic doesn’t respect the my choices, continuing to serve ads I’ve has selects “Not interested” on several times.

Enjoy playing to relax. Recent change to game penalizes you if you don’t keep playing—often, every day. This means you lose any ranking you’ve achieved. If you don’t play for several days, you basically start over at the bottom. Annoying to say the least. And makes me want to look elsewhere for games to relax.

I downloaded this game around a month ago, and it’s one of the only games I ever downloaded on iPhone that I loved and could not set down - even paid $5.99 or whatever to avoid ads unless I needed them for help. Then I updated about a week or so ago and while the game is still fun, they make it almost impossible to complete a level without using some kind of helper - which will force you to watch ads eventually. I’ve reset multiple games to avoid using them, but no matter my efforts or different ways of trying to beat it, I always run out of moves. Point being, if you pay to avoid ads, it’s not fair to force people to watch them regardless. No one likes watching an ad after every or every other game - defeats paying for it

This game used to be fun and relaxing and played like a traditional Mahjong game, but now it’s all changed. The tiles collect at the top and you have to match them?? Also, I’m tired of looking at the weird tile pieces I just want the traditional ones. There is no option to change them. The previous version was significantly better. The only reason I keep this app on my phone is because I occasionally check to see if it’s reverted back to the good version.

The latest update to this game makes it damn near impossible to advance in the game. The old way I gained shuffles and hints this new version not only did I lose all those I had but now I have to watch ads just to gain a shuffle! I played several times and was enjoying it. I got pretty decent at it and decided to pay for it to avoid the incessant ads. They say, pay for it, and you won’t have to watch any ads. Liars. Guess what? THEY STILL MAKE YOU WATCH THE INCESSANT ADS, but only if you want to double the rewards after completing 10 levels…. Then they force you into a “league” and the ads increase exponentially. I’m about done with it. It made me mad having to watch ANY ads for any reason after paying to not watch ads. SCAMMERS!

I love this game, but over the last couple of years, I have been stuck on Ana’s and no matter what I do I am totally unable to get back to it because the ad will not quit! It always seems to occur when I am in 1st place or very close to it, so it is very frustrating. I just switch to another game.
