At about the 1800 level when you go to ads to gain additional shuffle and undo options. Very annoying sometimes I have to turn off the phone and restart. This is a new phone so it’s not the phones problem.

For a long time this was my favorite game, then they "revised" it and destroyed it. Now they keep advertising a totally unrelated game under their name. I guess it is Google messing with what shows up on my phone, and what they try to force me to install by showing it over & over in spite of my failure to install it. Disappointed

The game is great. That’s probably why it’s number one, but after wasting so much time on this game, I realized I have much better things to do with my time. You practically have to play this game all day to achieve in this game. And there are way too many ads before and after levels! They don’t even give you the option to opt out of the ads. Fun but…

While this game is fun and relaxing the ad engine needs an overhaul. Fun, yet. . .

Enjoy playing to relax. Recent change to game penalizes you if you don’t keep playing—often, every day. This means you lose any ranking you’ve achieved. If you don’t play for several days, you basically start over at the bottom. Annoying to say the least. And makes me want to look elsewhere for games to relax.

“was” fun

I downloaded this game around a month ago, and it’s one of the only games I ever downloaded on iPhone that I loved and could not set down - even paid $5.99 or whatever to avoid ads unless I needed them for help. Then I updated about a week or so ago and while the game is still fun, they make it almost impossible to complete a level without using some kind of helper - which will force you to watch ads eventually. I’ve reset multiple games to avoid using them, but no matter my efforts or different ways of trying to beat it, I always run out of moves. Point being, if you pay to avoid ads, it’s not fair to force people to watch them regardless. No one likes watching an ad after every or every other game - defeats paying for it

What Happened??

This game used to be fun and relaxing and played like a traditional Mahjong game, but now it’s all changed. The tiles collect at the top and you have to match them?? Also, I’m tired of looking at the weird tile pieces I just want the traditional ones. There is no option to change them. The previous version was significantly better. The only reason I keep this app on my phone is because I occasionally check to see if it’s reverted back to the good version.

Latest update killed it

The latest update to this game makes it damn near impossible to advance in the game. The old way I gained shuffles and hints this new version not only did I lose all those I had but now I have to watch ads just to gain a shuffle! Something of a scam

I played several times and was enjoying it. I got pretty decent at it and decided to pay for it to avoid the incessant ads. They say, pay for it, and you won’t have to watch any ads. Liars. Guess what? THEY STILL MAKE YOU WATCH THE INCESSANT ADS, but only if you want to double the rewards after completing 10 levels…. The ads are super annoying though, because 90% of the time there is no way to get back to the game, and you just have to exit the app and restart the game. I was almost obsessed with this game, totally loved playing it, relaxing with a cup of tea. But the ads just drove me insane. Too many ads, taking too long. Completely ludicrous claims on the ads. Obviously AI. Do they think we are stupid? Turning an old granny's skin into a 20 year old? Turning a person enormously overweight into a stick thin person? The adverts need looking into for false claims. I loved this game even though there is a definite order of the tiles. Deleted it.
